Continuously monitor the condition of the equipment to ensure it is always operationally ready to minimize downtime.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1 year of prior related experience in forklift operation.
Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working at a site regulated by OSHA.
Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
Good follow through ability; ability to adhere to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules set forth; promotes the Company’s safety standards; does not take inappropriate risks.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to climb up and down stairs
Must complete and pass OSHA's requirements for forklift certification (powered industrial truck) training as set forth in 29 CFR 1910.178.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
The work environment is on the plant floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud and we do expect employees and visitors to wear issued personal protective equipment (PPE) including hearing protection while on the plant floor.
We are a 24/7 process operation. The work schedule for this position is dictated by the need to manage and react to issues on the shifts. The planned schedule for this position is:
Night Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, rotating days off, working every other weekend.
