Move, stage, and dismantle vehicles within the yard
Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and SOPs
Help maintain clean and functional equipment
Assist with general automotive recycling tasks as needed
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Support store operations and meet team performance goals
What You Bring as a Loader Operator
Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge
Ability to follow safety procedures and work with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in varying weather
Reliable transportation
Preferred: forklift/equipment certifications, auto parts knowledge, mechanical experience, bilingual (English/Spanish)

Salary Description $15.00 - $18.50/ Hour
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate policy changes regarding inventory in the company.
Perform managerial functions, including retraining members of staff of the warehouse if necessary.
Perform forward and reverse Empty Bins daily.
Perform Audits of moves and put away.
Disposition returns to stock items, including cycle count and research if needed.
Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting)
Follows all existing company policies and procedures.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of their work area.
Works well with others.
Uses computerized inventory software to record, track, and maintain all inventory-related data.
Inventory Specialist skills are needed.
Education and/or Experience and Other Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma/GED required.
Cherry Picker and Reach Truck experience required.
1+ years' experience in inventory management or related field
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Excellent math and accounting skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High school diploma or GED required.
Job-specific training is required before the start date.
Work experience in inventory control is strongly preferred.
