How You Will Make an Impact: Frac Sand Coordinators will be responsible for coordinating sand deliveries for the customer on well sites. Effectively and efficiently unload proppant from trucks to onsite sand storage. This role is integral to our Best in Class delivery model. Responsibilities: * Coordinate sand deliveries from the loading facility to the well site * Learn and conduct HSE observations, inspections and audits * Participate and conduct field investigations for incident and near miss incidents * Work closely with Field Safety Technicians and Frac crew members to maintain a safe and organized sand delivery operation to the customer * Prioritize safety topics and conduct JSA's and safety tailgate meetings with Sand delivery drivers at well sites * Assist Drivers while backing on location and ensure secure operation of transfer of product * Collect all Driver paperwork and properly secure documents * Position will be based out of West Texas * Ability to fix minor repairs on equipment * Safely operate forklifts, front-end loaders, and telehandlers to load, unload, and move materials. * Perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance or safety issues. * Transport materials to designated areas within the work site as needed. * Follow site plans and specifications to ensure correct placement and handling of materials. * Work closely with supervisors and crew to ensure work is completed according to project timelines and safety standards. * Assist with other tasks as required by the project supervisor or site manager. * Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe work environment. * Keep work areas clean and organized to avoid safety hazards. * Other duties as assigned.
