Qualifications: Previous experience operating heavy equipment or machinery in a logistics or industrial environment preferred Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Basic communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
