Position Summary:
The Wide Format Mounting & Lamination Operator is responsible for operating specialized equipment used in the finishing stages of wide format print production, including mounting, laminating, and packaging. This role supports the production of high-quality printed materials by ensuring accurate setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery. The operator follows established safety and quality standards, interprets job specifications, and collaborates with team members to meet production deadlines.
This position may require completion of formal training in the area of specialty, with no to minimal prior experience in the field or a related area. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the printing and finishing industry and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
• Operate wide format mounting and lamination equipment in accordance with job specifications and company quality standards
• Perform setups, adjustments, and routine cleanups of machinery
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to determine job requirements
• Adjust machine settings to ensure output meets quality, color, and dimensional specifications
• Conduct visual inspections throughout production runs to ensure consistency and quality
• Prepare substrates and laminates, ensuring correct type, size, and finish
• Mix and prepare adhesives or laminates as needed for specific jobs
• Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures
• Operate additional finishing equipment such as cutters, folders, and palletizers as required
Your Shift:
• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Occasional night or weekend work may be required based on business needs
You Must Have:
• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to precise tolerances

Position Summary:
The Wide Format Mounting & Lamination Operator is responsible for operating specialized equipment used in the finishing stages of wide format print production, including mounting, laminating, and packaging. This role supports the production of high-quality printed materials by ensuring accurate setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery. The operator follows established safety and quality standards, interprets job specifications, and collaborates with team members to meet production deadlines.
This position may require completion of formal training in the area of specialty, with no to minimal prior experience in the field or a related area. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the printing and finishing industry and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
• Operate wide format mounting and lamination equipment in accordance with job specifications and company quality standards
• Perform setups, adjustments, and routine cleanups of machinery
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to determine job requirements
• Adjust machine settings to ensure output meets quality, color, and dimensional specifications
• Conduct visual inspections throughout production runs to ensure consistency and quality
• Prepare substrates and laminates, ensuring correct type, size, and finish
• Mix and prepare adhesives or laminates as needed for specific jobs
• Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures
• Operate additional finishing equipment such as cutters, folders, and palletizers as required
Your Shift:
• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Occasional night or weekend work may be required based on business needs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
Create, modify, and manage Global Positioning System (GPS) mapping tiles and targets for

Create and modify simulation scenarios using Extended Air Defense Simulator (EADSIM), or
current simulation tools, to provide high-fidelity training for RQ-170 crews.
Operate and manage simulators for training and test purposes. Duties will include providing white

Maintain proficiency with mission planning process and manage simulator mission plans and
scenarios
Support mission planners with Order of Battle information from the simulation scenarios and

Liaise with the System Program Office (SPO), staff, other DoD organizations, and mission
planning experts to remain current on LO ISR system capabilities, developments and initiatives in
order to best advise unit leadership, tacticians, test directors, program managers and mission
planners on policies, positions, plans and execution.
Advise and recommend options to manage and improve LO ISR mission planning processes and
procedures, efficiency and effectiveness, equipment capabilities and training requirements at
each post- mission debrief.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support to unit-led LO ISR related exercises, tests,
experimentation and table top events contributing to the sustainment and modernization of LO
ISR assets and associated infrastructure.
Provide SME support to provide input and changes to mission qualification, continuation
training, and FTU course syllabus.
Provide support to program management reviews, human machine interface, mission

Assists with monitoring the state of health of Program Security and make suggestions for

Confirm bore path with install foreman/management and drill locator (including walking the bore path.)
