Description Operator Report to: Foreman Team members classified in a heavy equipment operator position shall perform skilled types of work focusing on the safe operation of heavy equipment used in the construction and maintenance of public works projects, industrial construction, energy construction projects and facilities, environmental services, and railroad projects. General Description The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating equipment in a safe and effective manner on jobsites.
