Experience with pipe and/or utility work is a plus. We are seeking someone who is motivated, hands-on, self-starter with a proven track record.

Minimum Qualifications:

The Loader Operator will have experience operating a front-end loader to move aggregate. Must possess an even temperament to work under pressure to prevent costly delays in production that can result from machinery breakdown
Possesses analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to respond with flexibility and efficiency to frequent changes in task focus, competing priorities, and multiple deadlines.

About the Position
Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking a Process Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate baling equipment to process materials efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring various process equipment to ensure efficient and safe production operations. You will work closely with team members to maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor processing equipment at the direction of the Operations Supervisor.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Inspects and documents the condition of equipment each day.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
Safely directs truck traffic during unloading and loading operations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Performing daily cleaning, upkeep and safety checks of the equipment pre and post
operation to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and protocols.
Participate in training programs and safety meetings to stay updated on best practices.
Reports any unacceptable materials to the Operations Supervisor.
What does it take to work for Groome Industrial Service Group?
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience as a process operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong understanding of process equipment and operational procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment in various conditions, including high-noise environments.

We are seeking reliable and experienced Snow Equipment Operators to join our winter operations team. As a Snow Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for clearing snow from our commercial client locations including entry roads, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure safe access for vehicles and pedestrians during winter weather events.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, skid steer, dump trucks and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment
Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed
Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used
Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license (CDL preferred but not required)
Previous snow removal experience operating snowplow trucks or heavy equipment for large commercial and industrial properties
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
