Requirements:
Experience repairing underground drains and sewers using conventional excavation methods or experience using trenchless pipe replacement equipment is required for this Install technician level position. Additional experience including unclogging drains with electric snakes and/or high velocity water jets as well as using a sewer camera to inspect drain lines would be desirable.

This individual will ensure the continued operation of assembly machines through interpretation of and appropriate response to machine faults and through occasional alignment of stations and fixtures. The operator is also responsible for ensuring that medical devices are assembled with the highest quality possible.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Perform start-up operation from power off/cold state; complete equipment and product paperwork, such as traceability and start-up checklist.
* Conduct Level I required preventive maintenance tasks.
* Participate in changeovers to include line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation.
* Perform work order set ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition and inventory management systems.
* Pull test samples for QC in process inspection, remove completed production from machine and place in finished goods totes.
* Fill component Hoppers/Bowls as required to maintain production.
* Perform minor troubleshooting to diagnose machine performance issues; escalate to assigned Technician when required to ensure resolution. Perform line clearance activities and return equipment to proper operation.
* Update hourly production boards with production and efficiency numbers; note issues that prevented goal attainment (downtime, waste, quality, etc.)
* Submit machine repair tags to identify issues requiring support services.
* Ensure that product not meeting quality specifications is processed under non-conformance procedures/requirements.
* Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.
* Model company values and support strategic initiatives.
* Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
* This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for following all United Steel Inc. policies and procedures, including safety policies and procedures as well as site-specific safety procedures set by General Contractors
Drives or oversees delivery of crane to job site.
Pre-plan erection activities in conjunction with the Superintendent or Foreman including heaviest lift, farthest reach, rated capacity, boom length needed, location of power lines, underground voids, lay down areas and routes for suspended loads.
Oversee inspection of crane assembly and daily visual inspection of crane including maladjustments, wear of components, and safety devices
Ensure the ground conditions are adequate for crane setup including level, support, ground water accumulation, and blocking.
Complete daily inspection reports
Inspect rigging including familiarity with rigging chart, determine if signal person is required, and ensure signal person is familiar with rigging chart.
Operate crane under general supervision.
Manipulate or depress cane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions.
Inspect crane for safety issues on a daily basis, determine if any parts are malfunctioning, & repair crane as needed.
Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities
Drive trucks to worksites and unload trucks
Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads.
Move levers and pedals to rotate crane on chassis to raise and lower crane boom and to raise and lower load-line.
Bolt boom sections together to extend or modify boom for pile driving or high lifting.
Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy
Operate crane according to signals from helper, start and stop crane engine, & follow directions carefully.

OperateEquipment Safely: Use different industrial trucks, including stock pickers and reach trucks at heights up to 40 feet. Navigate narrow aisles using power equipment to pick, pull, put away, stack, and count merchandise to meet standards.
Technology: Input data accurately and efficiently using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices, while mastering area-specific functions across various systems (including warehouse systems and proprietary systems).
Safety: Safely work in narrow aisles and up to 40 feet high with a harness while moving equipment. Report on equipment failures, damage, accidents, and environmental issues affecting safety to the committee promptly.
Team Collaboration: Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
