What you'll do: Safe loading, transport support & yard control- Own safe, damage-free loading/unloading for customers and drivers, keep the yard organized, and ensure work areas are inspection-ready at all times. Equipment readiness & turnaround- Assemble, prep, clean, and service trench safety and confined space gear so every item meets spec and is rental-ready-rain or shine. Customer-first problem solving- Greet proactively, resolve issues fast, and act as a complete solutions partner for contractors focused on excavation safety. Cross-functional coordination- Move with urgency and clarity-coordinate via radio and in person with maintenance, dispatch, back/front counter, and drivers to keep schedules tight and equipment flowing. Returns evaluation & quality control- Inspect returns for wear, damage, and cleanliness; document findings and ensure appropriate billing while maintaining company safety rules and procedures.
