We're hiring a remote National Account Coordinator to join our National Accounts team in Portland, OR, and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Salary range: $60,000-$65,000. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Primary Responsibilities
At EquipmentShare, we're not just renting equipment - we're transforming the rental experience with our proprietary T3 technology. Our tech platform empowers rental coordinators to work smarter by keeping up-to-date information on every machine and ensuring each customer gets the right equipment at the right time.
Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accounts
Grow our existing customer base by building relationships with key company principals. Educate our customers about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare. Keep them up- to -date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
Work with all locations to ensure National account orders are handled promptly and correctly.

Skills & Qualifications

Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required (if you're a born salesperson, we'll train you on what you need to know and how to win more business)

Responsibilities
• Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plans repair process.
• Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders.
• Participates in all required safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools.
• Directs the work of an apprentice in the performance of tasks when needed, i.e., unusual problems or questions and explains procedures to assistant.
Qualifications
• Ability to use frame machine.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certified.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check

We are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role. The actual offer will be based on various factors, including but not limited to: job related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant certifications and qualifications.
This position is paid on a commission/ flag rate structure. Flag pay is guaranteed to meet local minimum wage requirements for all hours worked each week. The compensation range listed is the average flag pay range for a typical full-time employee in this position.
