We're hiring a Product Line Support Manager to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Product Line Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the development, feedback, and strategy of service best practices related to the product line OEMs (aerial, dirt, advanced solutions, compaction/tooling, engine and components). This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure other projects and product lines meet expectations and needs. This position is fully remote.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead special assignments, delegate, drive, and assign tasks.
Ensuring all product line OEMs are aligning with the overall market vision and deliver maximum value on equipment reliability and servicing improvements.
Responsible for a collection of products that share similar functionalities or target the same customer segment.
Monitor feedback from the field to set overarching vision and roadmap for the product line, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Work closely with multiple teams, ensuring alignment on product line goals and coordinating efforts across different teams, products and service support initiatives.
Act as primary liaison between product line service stakeholders and EquipmentShare

The MDM Parts Specialist is critical in creating and maintaining the integrity of master data for parts and components within EquipmentShare. Primary Responsibilities
* Data Management & Maintenance:
* Ensure accurate and timely creation, maintenance, and updates of part master data in the MDM system.
* Validate part specifications, classifications, and categorization to ensure data integrity.
* Maintain consistency across different systems (ERP, PLM, etc.) by updating and reconciling part data.
* Data Governance:
* Implement and follow data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
* Support data quality initiatives and collaborate with business units to ensure adherence to data standards.
* Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
* Collaboration & Support:
* Act as a liaison between various departments to resolve issues related to part master data.
* Work closely with the IT team to enhance the functionality of the MDM system and ensure the smooth integration of part data across platforms.
* Provide user support and training on MDM tools and processes to internal stakeholders.
* Process Optimization & Improvement:
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase the efficiency of master data management.

* Reporting & Analytics:
* Generate and distribute regular reports related to part data quality, completeness, and accuracy.

* Cross-functional Collaboration:

Schedule:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and complete small repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.

Primary Responsibilities
Owning and planning implementations for customers with large fleets to small ones; coordinating people, materials and assets simultaneously.
Assisting in installation/implementation planning with internal T3 teams and T3 customers
Picking up where our sales teams leave off, you will own the customer relationship and ensure a successful deployment of the T3 solution.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
You will be an integral part of our Implementation team, responsible for connecting our internal teams with T3 clients as we deploy T3.
Support Implementation Project Managers (IPMs) in coordinating large scale implementations.
Communication with Sales and Operations leadership teams to ensure proper SLAs are being communicated to all teams and customers
Work with customers, Telematics Installers and other stakeholders to manage installation, service and/or repair of our telematics solutions.
Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders regarding implementation/ installation
Be well organized and document the implementation efforts well.
Be available to support installers by phone when they are onsite outside of standard working hours (evenings and weekends as scheduled)
Assist in verifying and troubleshooting telematics hardware functionality during the implementations.
Occasional travel for team meetings.
Plan out implementations to a high degree of detail to ensure a successful implementation
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Occasionally lead client implementation calls or meetings.

Primary Responsibilities
Ensure Corporate & Branch facilities uphold the EquipmentShare design and engineering standards
Communicate efficiently and effectively with internal Project Managers and other stakeholders to develop initial project goals including non-negotiable site design features, budget, and design and construction schedule,
Execute multiple projects under various deadlines
Work with 3rd party land survey and geotechnical engineering consultants to ensure information required for the site/civil design is performed on-schedule and within budget
Communicate and work with municipalities and other governing agencies, regarding site/civil design and plan requirements and, if needed, information required for zoning/rezoning efforts
On occasion it may be necessary to travel for in-person meetings with City or County employees and/or board or committee members, or other governing officials
Read, interpret, and explain complex technical documents to peers and leaders
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit to interpret site design requirements and to produce constructable specifications, plans, and details
Work with outside consultants in the form of client representation or liaison role
Maintain current knowledge of trends, materials, analysis techniques and other developments in civil engineering - demonstrate a passion for continuous learning
Perform other related duties as assigned

Primary Responsibilities
As a Shop Technician, you'll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. Validate part specifications, classifications, and categorization to ensure data integrity.
Maintain consistency across different systems (ERP, PLM, etc.) by updating and reconciling part data.
Data Governance:
Implement and follow data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Support data quality initiatives and collaborate with business units to ensure adherence to data standards.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
Collaboration & Support:
Act as a liaison between various departments to resolve issues related to part master data.
Work closely with the IT team to enhance the functionality of the MDM system and ensure the smooth integration of part data across platforms.
Provide user support and training on MDM tools and processes to internal stakeholders.
Process Optimization & Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase the efficiency of master data management.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data handling and entry.
Recommend best practices for MDM processes to reduce errors and improve data accuracy.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate and distribute regular reports related to part data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to the business to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to master data and track progress toward data quality goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to understand part data requirements and incorporate them into MDM processes.
Collaborate on the classification and standardization of parts to ensure consistency and ease of use in operational processes.
Data Integration & System Support:
Support integration of new systems and applications with the MDM system, ensuring part data is seamlessly transferred.
Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and data cleansing projects related to master part data.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
At least 0-2 years of experience in Master Data Management, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related field.
Experience with MDM systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Informatica, or similar platforms).
Knowledge of parts classification, categorization, and standardization processes.
Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality management.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
Experience with ERP systems and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
Familiarity with data integration and database management.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities
Possess strong customer focus with the ability to have detailed conversations with our customers
Handle Collection calls and or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented Collections Department
Very comfortable communicating with customers in a metrics-driven environment
Are able to navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with our customers
