For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for providing maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
Field Mechanics: When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment; must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
Year-round company provided OEM training
Other duties, assigned as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Must own tools applicable to position
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
Field mechanics: Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Field Technicians: may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement
This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen

Proven Experience in an engineering leadership role, with a focus on mobile application development
Experience in platform level development creating scalable technologies used by multiple teams

5+ years of development on mobile technologies
2+ years of mentoring and leading a team
Proficiency in React Native, including hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications using these technologies

As a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead supporting our Salesforce Ecosystem, you will serve as a critical design authority within the Enterprise Applications team. General Description
The Service Technician Lead plays a crucial role in managing the maintenance operations of small-scale Neighborly Communities property. This position ensures that the property is well-maintained, complies with all legal and safety regulations, and meets residents' needs with high-quality maintenance service. The Service Technician Lead collaborates closely with the Community Manager to address maintenance issues, complete apartment turnovers, and oversee overall maintenance activities as well as managing the maintenance operations of Neighborly Communities Properties, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws, Fair Housing laws and regulations, landlord-tenant laws, and OSHA regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and complete the apartment make-ready process, which involves pre- and final move-out inspections, maintenance repairs, painting, and scheduling vendor services.
Ensure that grounds and amenities are maintained to meet the property standards.
Oversee various tasks such as unit turnovers, grounds cleanup and inspections, work orders, and, if applicable, swimming pool maintenance and care.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Fair Housing regulations.
Provide high-quality customer service to residents by striving to exceed their maintenance expectations.

Oversee the after-hours emergency on-call schedule, making yourself available on weekends and after hours.
Assist the Community Manager in preparing the annual maintenance budget and ordering necessary maintenance supplies and materials in accordance with that budget.

Schedule, prepare for, and conduct a monthly 3A+ SAM (Safety Accountability Meeting) with your supervisor, and report the meeting outcomes to Human Resources.
Assist in vendor auditing, including evaluating bids and services for your property.
Manage safety meetings in coordination with the Community Manager while ensuring OSHA compliance.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of all property maintenance platforms, including but not limited to Leonardo, SharePoint, and ResMan.
Adopt the principles of the Outward Mindset.
Complete all necessary and assigned training through GraceHill, including other courses or seminars such as Outward Mindset Gatherings and Outward Performance trainings.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
