Mark spent over 10 years in the Fintech and payments space in several senior executive positions that led companies to significant growth. Prior to joining Paystand, Hassin was the Chief Revenue Officer at Tipalti, the leading accounts payable software provider, where he built the first US sales team and oversaw the company grow its revenues 10X. Before that, Hassin was the VP of Strategic Accounts at BlueSnap, a provider of eCommerce payment processing services, where he led sales and customer success teams for 5 years. Mark holds a Masters in Business from the Santa Clara university.

I've founded businesses in multiple countries; developed political and regulatory strategies for innovative financial products in the US, LatAm and Australia; built legal and compliance operations from the ground up with no playbook, and managed technology transactions worth billions of dollars.Founded The Vault, a full stack innovation ecosystem based in SF, and Seedchange, the first online broker dealer for early stage investing. Led the development of new financial products and businesses around the world including development and introduction of equity and fixed income ETFs and expansion of iShares to Mexico, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Japan, and Singapore. Worked with local regulators to draft new laws and regulations in the US, LatAm and Australia.Led securities and M&A deal teams for tech companies in Silicon Valley at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Acted as outside general counsel for newly public technology company and advised boards and senior executives on corporate governance, transactions and general corporate matters.
