Pros of working at Erasca

Decent pay, good benefits, mostly nice people

Cons of working at Erasca

Claim that company culture is important while CEO is completely unaware of wild dysfunction within his company. An HR department that only serves and protects certain “untouchable” employees and doesn’t take actual complaints seriously not act on them. They claim to be all about their employees and then laid off 20% of the company.

What do you like best about Erasca's CEO and the leadership team?

They’re nice to your face. CEO is actually a very nice guy with great intentions, however he doesn’t know what really goes on in the company because his managers/department heads don’t tell him about any issues so they look good managing their teams.

Decrease nepotism, stop lying to employees about how much they care about their employees.

How did you prepare for the Erasca interview?

Learned about the company. Also, excessive interviews to get hired (6-7).
