William C. Rhodes, III, was named Chairman of AutoZone during fiscal 2007 and has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a director since March 2005. Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Rhodes was Executive Vice President - Store Operations and Commercial. Previously, he held several key management positions with the Company. Prior to 1994, Mr. Rhodes was a manager with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Rhodes is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Dollar General Corporation.

Lynn J. Good is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Duke Energy, a Fortune 500 company. Good is an Ohio native and graduated from Miami University where she earned a BS in Systems Analysis and in Accounting (1981).

Michael N. Mears currently serves as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer and has served in such capacities since 2011. He was previously Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2011. From 2002 to 2007, he served as VP, Transportation and then as SVP, Terminals and Transportation from 2007 until 2008. Prior to joining Magellan in 2003, Mr. Mears served as a VP of subsidiaries of Williams from 1996 to 2003. He also worked in various management positions with Williams Pipe Line Company (now known as Magellan Pipeline Company, L.P.) since joining Williams in 1985.

Daniel E. Brown serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member. Mr. Brown has 23 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry having spent his career with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, or one of its predecessors, until Anadarko was acquired by Occidental Petroleum in August 2019. From October 2017 to August 2019, Mr. Brown served as Anadarko’s Executive Vice President, U.S. Onshore Operations. Prior to that position, he served as Executive Vice President, International and Deepwater Operations beginning in May 2017; Senior Vice President, International and Deepwater Operations beginning in August 2016; Vice President, Operations (Southern and Appalachia) beginning in August 2013; and Vice President, Corporate Planning beginning in May 2013. Mr. Brown joined Anadarko in August 2006 upon the acquisition of Kerr-McGee Corporation, where he began his career. In addition to those positions mentioned above, Mr. Brown held positions of increasing responsibility with Anadarko and Kerr-McGee throughout his career in U.S. onshore and Gulf of Mexico segments, as well as internationally. Mr. Brown was also a director of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP (NYSE: WGP) and Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) from November 2017 to February 2019. After the February 2019 simplification of those two MLPs, he served on the board of Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) until August 2019, when the Anadarko-Occidental transaction was completed. Since January 2020, Mr. Brown has served on the board of the Blackstone-backed private exploration and production company, Beacon Offshore Energy LLC, which is focused on the deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Brown is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University, where he was a Jones Scholar Award recipient.

Alan Armstrong began his career at Williams as an engineer more than 30 years ago. Today, as president and chief executive officer, Alan leads a dedicated team of nearly 5,000 employees that handle 30% of the natural gas in the United States used every day to heat our homes, cook our food and generate our electricity. Williams works closely with customers to provide the necessary infrastructure to serve growing markets and safely deliver natural gas products to reliably fuel the clean energy economy. Under his leadership, Williams’ natural gas-focused strategy has driven significant reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, lowered consumers’ utility bills and paved the way for investments in renewable energy. As one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in the U.S., Williams has led the midstream space in meeting the growing demand for American-made energy while outlining practical and immediate steps toward a clean energy future by setting a goal of 56% absolute reduction in company-wide GHG emissions by 2030.Alan is a well-known speaker and respected panelist at energy conferences and seminars, as well as philanthropic and corporate events. He serves on the board of directors of the American Petroleum Institute and is a member of the National Petroleum Council, where he most recently chaired the Council’s 2019 Energy Infrastructure Study. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable. Additionally, Alan serves on the boards of several education-focused organizations including as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Oklahoma Foundation, Junior Achievement, USA and 3DE. He is a member of the boards of The Williams Foundation and Gilcrease Museum, as well as a member of the Distinguished Graduates Society of the Gallogly College of Engineering, University of Oklahoma.Alan lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is a proud Sooner with a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. Pertchik has been our Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer since 2019. He is also Executive Vice President of our manager, The RMR Group LLC (Nasdaq: RMR) and a member of the RMR Executive Operating Committee. Prior to joining TA, Mr. Pertchik served as Chief Executive Officer of Starwood Capital Group’s Intown Suites, the largest wholly-owned, extended stay hotel chain in the United States. Additionally, Mr. Pertchik has served as an executive for companies owned or controlled by private equity groups, including TPG, Carl Icahn, Richard LeFrank and Perry Capital.

Sachin Lawande is currently President of HARMAN’s Infotainment Division. Mr. Lawande is responsible for all worldwide operations, direction, and performance of the division, as well as infotainment design, engineering, and production. From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Lawande served the dual role as the Co-President of HARMAN’s Lifestyle and Infotainment Divisions. Prior to that, he served as Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Co-President, Automotive Division at Harman, responsible for guiding software strategy, development partnerships, and key customer relationships. He was instrumental in launching an offshore development center in India as part of Harman's strategy for optimizing its global engineering footprint. Mr. Lawande joined Harman International in 2006, following senior roles at QNX Software Systems and 3Com Corporation. As Vice President of Engineering Services of QNX Software Systems, Mr. Lawande was responsible for pre- and post-sales customer support, custom engineering, system integration, design consulting, and training services at QNX Software. While at QNX, he oversaw the market introduction of new operating system capabilities, such as power management, advanced graphics, and enhanced networking features. Before joining QNX, Mr. Lawande was responsible for development of networking and consumer electronics systems at corporate giants such as AT&T Bell Labs, U.S. Robotics, and 3Com. He was a key contributor to an array of leading-edge products, including the Total Control remote access server, U.S. Robotics Sportster modems, and 3Com's Ergo product line. Mr. Lawande has a wealth of experience in developing embedded systems and software. He holds three patents in Communications Software and is a founding Member of COMPASS, a Chicago-area organization of embedded software and IT professionals. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bombay University in India and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University.

Charles de Ganahl Koch (born November 1, 1935) is an American billionaire businessman and philanthropist. As of April 2021, he was ranked as the 15th-richest person in the world on Bloomberg Billionaires Index, with an estimated net worth of $63.1 billion. Koch has been co-owner, chairman, and chief executive officer of Koch Industries since 1967, while his late brother David Koch served as executive vice president. Charles and David each owned 42% of the conglomerate. The brothers inherited the business from their father, Fred C. Koch, then expanded the business. Originally involved exclusively in oil refining and chemicals, Koch Industries now includes process and pollution control equipment and technologies, polymers and fibers, minerals, fertilizers, commodity trading and services, forest and consumer products, and ranching. The businesses produce a wide variety of well-known brands, such as Stainmaster carpet, the Lycra brand of spandex fiber, Quilted Northern tissue, and Dixie Cup.
