Facility Operator - Working with a tight-knit team to solve the everyday issues of a chemical storage facility.

This position is for a full-time Facility Operator at our Marietta, Ohio facility. The ideal operator will possess good organizational, time management, problem-solving, and housekeeping skills. He/she will possess a steady job history and be a person who looks for opportunities to learn new skills and contribute to making our facility an even better place to work.
Our facility operators manage our customers' needs by loading, unloading, and transferring chemicals to/from barges, tanks, and railcars. The position works in the tank farm with other operators as a team to produce, process, and maintain quality, products for our customers.

Facility Operator Job Duties:
Load and unload barges, trucks, and railcars
Conduct minor maintenance on equipment in the plant (pumps, racks, mixers...)
Attend and participate in production/quality/EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) meetings
Utilize our proactive tools (safety checklist, etc.)
Ensure good facility housekeeping
Stay current on required training
Wear the appropriate provided PPE (hard hat, face shield, long-sleeve shirt, H2S monitor, steel toe boots, safety glasses)
Effectively communicate between fellow operators, management, our customers carriers to meet needs
Operator Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work without supervision
Ability to read and follow written instructions
Basic math skills (e.g., add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Ability to learn computer skills
Able to lift 50 pounds with assistance and perform jobs that involve lifting, bending, climbing tanks and other structures
Valid driver's license
Able to work hours as scheduled and potentially 2nd and 3rd shifts Monday through Friday if needed
Weekends and holidays as needed

The position will ensure the integrity and reliability of all electrical, instrumentation, and control systems within the assigned area. This will include terminals, truck unloading facilities, brine well pads. Additional this position must have a strong commitment to safety and environmental policies.
I&E Technician Responsibilities:
Responsible for installation, troubleshooting and repair of electrical power systems, instrumentation and control system equipment.
Communicate at a technical level and interface with company personnel, including making recommendations for improvement, replacement, and additions of E&I equipment required for safe and continued operation
Safely install, configure, test, calibrate, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and inspect electrical, instrumentation and control system equipment
Monitor pressure, flow, temperature controls, process limited controllers, and gas analysis equipment
Use and understand the principles of operation of all meters and instruments used in applicable I&E work
Work with drawings, sketches, specs, as-builts, and make new for proposed installations and completed projects
Perform and document preventive maintenance inspections on electrical and control equipment
Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of sophisticated compliance analyzers, and has the capacity to make programming changes and additions
Interpret schematics to troubleshoot problems and performs database maintenance administration
Install and adjust measuring and control devices, signal transmitters, meters and signal pickups
Practice awareness concerning issues of health, safety, and the environment; cooperate with emergency teams to anticipate and deal with any hazardous and/or unusual situations (oil spills and line leaks, inclement weather, etc)
Utilize work order database for maintenance activity
Review, approve and fill equipment requisitions
I&E Technician Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED, technical school a plus
+5 years of comprehensive I&E experience
Valid drivers license
Proficient computer skills
Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining equipment within oil and gas facilities
Basic understanding of electrical concepts, test equipment, flow schematics and electrical and piping instrumentation and drawings
Basic knowledge of PLC operations and logic
Fluent English skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills
Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen. Position is subject to random DOT drug testing
Capable of lifting /carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
Capable of vigorous outdoor activities and have manual dexterity with physical ability to work extended hours, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, working with arms extended above the head, twisting upper body, standing long periods, walking catwalks, working in confined spaces, exposure to weather conditions, driving a vehicle, operation of forklifts and light industrial equipment
Ability to be on call as needed and travel out of town as needed

What You'll Experience
As a rotating equipment-focused Technical Specialist, you'll join a forward-thinking team dedicated to maintaining Williams' most advanced horsepower and power distribution systems. You'll build hands-on expertise working with:

What You'll Do
As an experienced rotating equipment-focused Technical Specialist, your tasks will include:
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of rotating machinery including compressors, turbines, pumps, and related systems by leveraging extensive oil and gas industry experience
Leading or supporting maintenance planning and execution for mechanical systems while focusing on optimal performance and reliability of rotating equipment
Evaluating equipment performance and proactively recommending improvements to enhance the reliability and lifespan of rotating assets
Reviewing and interpreting engineering design documents, contracts, and technical standards specifically related to rotating machinery to ensure all work meets industry best practices
Collaborating with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to maintain system integrity and maximize uptime of rotating equipment
Training and mentoring team members on rotating equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and best practices to foster technical growth within the team
Participating in project planning and execution for upgrades and new installations involving rotating equipment and contributing specialized expertise throughout the process
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation related to rotating machinery and associated systems

What You'll Experience

The Construction Manager Sr. is responsible for leading teams and collaborating with our construction management and inspection teams.
