Responsibilities:

Unload and deliver product at our customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.

Communicate with dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to delivery route or schedule in order to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.

Local, home daily roles

Drive Dental Mobile vehicle to event, set up and break down of unit/ equipment, secure vehicle in designated storage area
Ensure work orders for equipment are submitted, follow up until completed
Troubleshoot IT issues, collaborate with IT department to ensure connectivity issues are resolved
Transport Dental Mobile laptops to events as needed, keep software updated
Guide patients to and from events whether on premises or in mobile clinic
Maintain community partnerships, be attentive to their needs and communicate effectively
Partner with Mobile Dental Team for new client opportunities
Collaborate with QI, ensure Joint Commission standards are met, facilitate periodic rounds to ensure compliance

Monitor and assist residents when away from community. May be assigned to assist with various duties of Resident Enrichment Services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive transportation vehicles for appointments and outings.
Assist residents on and off vehicles. Help residents with assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.
Monitor and assist residents when outside the community.
Immediately report any hazardous conditions, equipment, accidents and/or incidents.
Maintain necessary travel logs and transportation charges.
Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and complete daily maintenance log.
Report any unsanitary conditions or needed repairs of vehicles to Director of Resident Services.
Banquet set up, including setting and moving of tables and chairs.
Attend and participate in staff meetings, training, and education.
All other duties assigned include, but not limited to, enhancing the Resident Experience.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid CDL Drivers License
Knowledge of safe driving and vehicle maintenance
Ability to communicate with residents
Ability to distinguish smells and temperatures
Ability to read and write
Ability to remain calm in emergency situations and while dealing with multiple tasks
