How you will make an impact
* Maintain cleanliness of the community through the operation of specialized equipment

What you will need
* Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques is preferred
* Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment, and any other equipment necessary for the cleanliness of the community
* Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
* May be required to maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of employment.
* Must have a history of safe driving as noted through a Motor Vehicle Record check, if driving is required

What you will do
Actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.

About the role
The Reservations Sales Specialist position is responsible for selling a cluster of South Florida Luxury Hotels including Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale.
The Reservations Sales Specialist is an extension of the Sales Team and plays an integral role in our ability to deliver exceptional levels of intuitive personalized service by creating individualized experiences for every guest through direct sales and pre-arrival engagement. By converting reservation and maximizing revenue from inquiries (via phone or electronically) from individuals, travel agencies, and Four Seasons Sales Managers on behalf of the “SoFlo Shared-Services Properties”. These revenue opportunities consist of rooms, suites, private residences, spa, dining, and newly introduced revenue centers.
This role is based at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach (PBF) your home hotel and reports to the Senior Director of Reservations. The ability to travel and work on-site at any of the South Florida properties as required with notice is essential.
Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is part of a shared services collection with shared ownership that encompasses Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale. What you will do
Capture sales from in-coming Reservation calls (Rooms, Spa, Dining, Watersports, etc.) and coordinate details of each booking following all reservation standards, processes, and procedures.
Receive and answer all Web, e-mail, WRO, Trust, Internal Sales & Executive Office, FIT and Wholesale ResCom, confirming and corresponding as needed.
Answer incoming PBX calls in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions following proper transfer and hold procedures.
Manage Four Seasons chat, responding to requests in a timely manner and assisting in connecting guests with necessary departments.

The Steward is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Stewarding team works tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that every piece of silver shines and every plate sparkles. Stewarding ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the “heart of house” clean and safe.

Fabricates assembles and installs ductwork and chassis parts, using portable metalworking tools and welding equipment. Installs evaporator unit in chassis or in the air-duct system, using hand tools. Cuts and bends tubing to correct length and shape, using cutting and bending equipment and tools. Cuts and threads pipe, using machine-threading or hand-threading equipment. Joins tubing or pipes to various refrigerating units by means of sleeves, couplings or unions, and solders joints, using a torch, forming a complete circuit for the refrigerant. Installs expansion and discharge valves in the circuit. Connects motors, compressors, temperature controls, humidity controls, and circulating ventilation fans to control panels and connects control panels to a power source. Installs air and water filters in completed installation. Injects a small amount of refrigerant into compressor to test systems and adds freon gas to build up prescribed operating pressure. Housekeeping Coordinator
About the role
The Housekeeping Coordinator manages calls into the housekeeping department and ensures all guest requests are forwarded to the appropriate individual to follow through on request, facilitating the operational efficiency of the department.
What you will do
• Open the department in the morning shift, print all needed reports. Create daily work assignments for Room Attendant and Turndown Attendant in designated computer systems. Issues the daily work assignments to Lobby Attendants, Housemen and Supervisors.
• Ensure special set ups in guestrooms, guest requests, group and event movement are highlighted on assignments.
• Monitor Housekeeping, Laundry & Valet and Engineering service requests from guests for action in a timely manner and follow up if needed.
• Update daily the PowerPoint briefing slidesshows for the Morning and Evening Housekeeping briefings.
• Monitor status of stayover rooms and arrival rooms and move rooms around in Room Attendant assignments to ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected by 3pm.
• Monitor Housekeeping staffing for all positions for the next day and informs the Housekeeping management of any over or understaffing according to labor standards.
• Conduct weekly inventories of all Housekeeping supplies with the input of the Floor Supervisors and submit Purchase Orders to hold par levels.
• Maintain tracking sheets for Housekeeping staff productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness in the Housekeeping Office and storage rooms.
What you bring
• Prior housekeeping coordinator, receptionist, or high-volume call center experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera, and HotSOS preferred/is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.

About the role
The Accounting Generalist supports the Finance team by managing billing, collections, and revenue-related accounting functions. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all receivables while maintaining Four Seasons' high standards of financial integrity and guest service.
What you will do
• Prepare, issue, and reconcile all guest and city ledger invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Four Seasons' internal controls and accounting policies.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances, maintaining positive relationships with guests, vendors, and internal departments.
• Process payments received via credit card, wire transfer, and check, accurately posting transactions and reconciling receipts.
• Review and verify daily revenue postings from Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments.
