Essential Duties of the Commercial Loan/Commercial Banker Officer Include :
Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing members. Develops, expands, and services commercial loan portfolio. Position requires officer to solicit new business and grow their loan portfolio member base.
Answer questions related to business loans and account activity. Determine s members' business and personal financial services needs and responsible for cross-selling of credit union's services and products.
Will complete underwriting, establish, and negotiate terms under which credit will be extended including costs, repayment terms, and collateral requirements.
Ensure that sound analysis and lending procedures are followed. Act in compliance with Business Lending and Business Account Policies and Guidelines at all times. Ensure Regulatory Compliance is followed in all areas of work. Recommends loan policy changes as necessary
Evaluate the information provided by the business borrower. Assist members, when possible, on business management and financial matters.
Verify the accuracy of business loan amounts and repayment terms on approved loan applications. Process commercial loan files, including reviewing loan documents, obtaining title insurance, appraisals, appraisal reviews, inspections, flood paperwork, filing lien documents, and preparing loan files for closing.

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year

12.) Ensure medical clearance and withdrawal times on all cattle being shipped.
13.) Load cattle for sale and unload arriving cattle.
14.) Check all incoming cattle for health status, appropriate paperwork, headcount, etc.
15.) Coordinate sorts and movement with the office and feed crew.
16.) Do your part to promote a sense of teamwork, camaraderie, safety and an enjoyable work environment.
17.) Perform regular maintenance of fences, waterers and feeders and keep the facilities neat and orderly.

Warehouse Support - Seed & Crop Protection

Country Partners Cooperative is a full-service diversified agricultural cooperative in central Nebraska located in 20 communities, partnering with farmers and ranchers to accomplish more together.
This position is responsible for the treatment organization, inventory, sorting, and assisting with delivery of seed and seed related products to locations and customers; and handling returns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following and others may be assigned)
Receive seed into inventory, sort, organize and stack the incoming seed.
Facilitate transfers of seed from locations and sales.
Assemble customer seed orders.
Maintains detailed records including accurate inventory.
Assists in returning seed with sales team.
Perform pre-trip inspections on all vehicles, including forklifts, and maintain records as required.
Maintains seed treaters, seed tanks and other equipment.
Cleans, maintains, and repairs vehicles as qualified.
Maintains, tracks, and allocates seed tenders and weigh wagons through the region.
Tracks seed tenders, seed boxes, and seed pallets, assist with the return of these items.
Maintain cleanliness in fertilizer storage and load out areas.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Blending and mixing: Accurately measuring and combining various liquid fertilizer and pesticide ingredients according to specific formulations and blend sheets.
Receiving and shipping: Handling the loading and unloading of liquid products from trucks and tanks, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Equipment operations: Operating and maintaining liquid fertilizer plant systems, including pumps, and computer-controlled blending systems, and potentially other equipment like forklifts and tender trucks.
Assists Sales Agronomists with test plot planting and harvesting.
Maintains a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the Cooperative and a favorable image of the Cooperative.
Responsible for maintaining clean facilities and complying with all state and federal regulations pertaining to a safe workplace, housekeeping, and all activities that require regulation compliance.
Provides excellent customer service by managing difficult or emotional situations; respond promptly to customer needs, resolve questions, complaints and concerns immediately and meet commitments.
Effectively communicates by verbal and written means with customers, employees, and management.
Maintains and promotes safety awareness; follows safety policies, procedures and reporting requirements.
Presents a clean and professional appearance.
Secondary duties are to assist other locations/departments with equipment deliveries, operational duties and any other duties as needed.
Employees are required to perform all other duties as directed by the supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to eight months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Commercial Driver's License (Class A with airbrakes endorsement), Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certificate
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and follow a road map.
