Employee friendly, good opportunities and several things to learn and move internally as per your skillsets

hikes are not too much. Frequent Organization restructuring happens.

Frequently share his views on CEO letters which is monthly newsletter to keep all employees updated about the focus areas.

It has always been a multi cultural team and they are doing their best already
