Employee compensation is above the national average- a strategy that maintains a sense of gratitude, comraderie and a genuine desire to work toward the company mission among workers overall. They fully understand the fundamental impact of human factors and workforce psychology.

Although it took me several attempts to get in- I am so grateful for the opportunity. My department is very close given that we are a smaller department. The benefits and consistent hours are a bonus- but most of all, the endless opportunities within the company would be what I find most attractive.

They train well and advance within. There are a lot of opportunities available.

Full time is 37.5 hours a week with an hour lunch every day.
