Pros of working at Erie Insurance

Although it took me several attempts to get in- I am so grateful for the opportunity. My department is very close given that we are a smaller department. The benefits and consistent hours are a bonus- but most of all, the endless opportunities within the company would be what I find most attractive.

They train well and advance within. There are a lot of opportunities available.

Full time is 37.5 hours a week with an hour lunch every day.

There is plenty of room for advancement and they usually promote from within.

They never close in any kind of weather. They expect you to come in even though they expect the insureds not to drive.
