    The Contracts and Legal Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the Office of the General Counsel in advancing Erikson's legal, compliance, and operational priorities. Reporting to the General Counsel, withing the Office of the President, this position is responsible for implementing and managing the institution's contract management system and processes; coordinating contract administration from start to finish; and providing administrative, research, and operational support for legal, policy, governance, and compliance matters. The Manager works collaboratively across departments to promote operational efficiency, institutional accountability, and adherence to policies and best practices. Key Responsibilities Contracts Management * Implement, manage, and maintain Erikson's contract management system and centralized contract repository. * Serve as the Contract database administrator and champion, overseeing the end-to-end contracting process, including intake, review, routing, approval, execution, and recordkeeping. * Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports related to contract activity, compliance, and processing times. * Support drafting, negotiation, review and advancement of contracts, amendments, addenda, and standard templates under the direction of the General Counsel. * Assist in creation of standardized template library. * Coordinate internal workflows to ensure timely approvals, adherence to institutional policies, and compliance with legal and financial standards. * Provide staff training and serve as a primary resource on contracting procedures including competitive bidding, RFPs, and contracting requirements and best practices. Legal Operations & Administrative Support * Provide administrative and operational support to the General Counsel, including document review and management, correspondence, scheduling, and file maintenance. * Assist with research, drafting, and editing of institutional documents, including policies, procedures, Board governance matters, memoranda, and internal guidance. * Support the preparation of materials for Board of Trustees and committee meetings, including resolutions, charters, and minutes. * Help manage and maintain the Office's records, templates, and institutional policy library. Audit, Compliance & Risk Support * Support audit and compliance activities by organizing documentation, tracking deliverables, and coordinating responses to auditors. * Assist in maintaining compliance calendars and ensuring completion of required institutional filings and certifications. * Help identify and track areas of operational and contractual risk, and support follow-up actions or process improvements in coordination with leadership. * Liaise with Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure consistent application of internal controls and compliance requirements. Training & Process Improvement * Support development and delivery of staff training on contract management workflows, institutional policies, and compliance practices. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience across legal and administrative processes. * Assist in documenting and refining internal procedures, ensuring clarity, accountability, and institutional alignment. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required in relevant field of study; paralegal certificate or related legal or business administration training or experience strongly preferred. * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or related administrative role. * Demonstrated experience implementing and managing a contract management or similar workflow system. * Strong writing, editing, and research skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise discretion with confidential information, and work collaboratively across departments. * Familiarity with government grant agreements, public-sector governance and compliance environments a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and contract or document management systems.     The Enterprise Application Administrator will serve as the primary administrator for the institution's Student Information System (Jenzabar) and provide support in the adoption, integration, and ongoing management of additional institutional CRMs (e.g., Slate/Admissions). This position ensures stability, usability, and optimization of these systems in alignment with institutional goals. The administrator collaborates with stakeholders across academic, administrative, and technical units to maintain data integrity, streamline workflows, and enhance the admissions-to-alumni experience. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain the Jenzabar Student Information System (SIS), ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Support implementation, integration, and management of additional institutional CRMs, including learning new functionalities and developing expertise over time. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT staff to resolve technical problems. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security roles in Jenzabar and additional CRMs, as needed. Develop, document, and maintain workflows, business processes, and system procedures. Collaborate with Institutional Effectiveness, Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and other functional offices to optimize system use and data reporting. Ensure data integrity and compliance with FERPA, GDPR, and other relevant regulations. Assist in creating queries, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making. Provide training, technical support, and guidance to end users and functional staff. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing cycles. Research and recommend best practices to improve operational efficiency and leverage system functionality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, higher education administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2-3 years of experience administering enterprise applications, preferably within higher education. Direct experience with Jenzabar SIS is strongly preferred. Willingness and ability to learn and support additional CRMs (e.g., Slate/admissions & Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT/fundraising & advancement). Experience with relational databases (SQL), data integration, and reporting tools. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of higher education business processes (admissions, registration, financial aid, student records, fundraising, advancement, etc.) is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with APIs, data imports/exports, and system integrations. Understanding data governance and data security principles.     The Admissions Assistant holds a place of vital importance to the admissions team at Erikson Institute. For a good majority of prospective students, it is the first contact with Erikson Institute. The Admissions Assistant will work closely with Admission staff to provide professional and high-quality admissions service to all inquiries, applicants, and community partners. The Admissions Assistant works collaboratively to deliver a high-quality standard of support, ensuring that services are efficient and effective. The Admissions Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure that procedures are adhered to and specific projects are effective. This is a busy and varied role involving daily communication across various audiences, including prospective and admitted students, faculty and staff, and visitors. The Admissions Assistant needs to work well under pressure, have excellent organizational skills, demonstrate good use of initiative and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize. The Admissions Assistant will be required to: Have a working knowledge of Erikson programs, admission requirements, and policies Assist with answering telephones and managing the admissions inbox Enter data into the admissions CRM (Slate) with accuracy and consistency Assist with scheduling campus visits and conducting campus tours Assist with scheduling and conducting admissions and special events Act as an “ambassador” to both prospective and admitted students who seek a student's prospective Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: Current Erikson student enrolled at least part-time (must have a FAFSA on file for current academic year) Ability to maintain confidential information private as well as excellent computer, phone, and customer service Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
