    The Enterprise Application Administrator will serve as the primary administrator for the institution's Student Information System (Jenzabar) and provide support in the adoption, integration, and ongoing management of additional institutional CRMs (e.g., Slate/Admissions). This position ensures stability, usability, and optimization of these systems in alignment with institutional goals. The administrator collaborates with stakeholders across academic, administrative, and technical units to maintain data integrity, streamline workflows, and enhance the admissions-to-alumni experience. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain the Jenzabar Student Information System (SIS), ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Support implementation, integration, and management of additional institutional CRMs, including learning new functionalities and developing expertise over time. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT staff to resolve technical problems. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security roles in Jenzabar and additional CRMs, as needed. Develop, document, and maintain workflows, business processes, and system procedures. Collaborate with Institutional Effectiveness, Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and other functional offices to optimize system use and data reporting. Ensure data integrity and compliance with FERPA, GDPR, and other relevant regulations. Assist in creating queries, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making. Provide training, technical support, and guidance to end users and functional staff. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing cycles. Research and recommend best practices to improve operational efficiency and leverage system functionality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, higher education administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2-3 years of experience administering enterprise applications, preferably within higher education. Direct experience with Jenzabar SIS is strongly preferred. Willingness and ability to learn and support additional CRMs (e.g., Slate/admissions & Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT/fundraising & advancement). Experience with relational databases (SQL), data integration, and reporting tools. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of higher education business processes (admissions, registration, financial aid, student records, fundraising, advancement, etc.) is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with APIs, data imports/exports, and system integrations. Understanding data governance and data security principles. Project management experience in system implementation or upgrades. Prior training or certification in Jenzabar or Slate. Roles & Responsibilities The Edward Neisser Library houses a unique collection of approximately 20,000 volumes that support the social work, child development, and early childhood education curricula at the Institute. The Library Assistant is responsible for staffing the Circulation/Information Desk during assigned shifts and assisting with the general functions of the Edward Neisser Library. This includes responding to library users' questions, circulating library materials, and basic technology troubleshooting. This position also opens and closes the library according to established procedures as necessary. The Library Assistant is also responsible for assisting with collection maintenance by processing new material, shelving returned material, and conducting shelf-reading and inventory as assigned. This position also opens and closes the library according to established procedures as necessary. * The Library Assistant is also responsible for assisting with collection maintenance by processing new material, shelving returned material, and conducting shelf-reading and inventory as assigned. Special projects may also be assigned, including - but not limited to - scanning library material, creating displays and signage, and reorganizing library collections. Essential Duties * Respond to general inquiries as presented in-person, over the phone, and via email * Check in and out library materials * Fulfill holds on library materials * Assist users with locating library materials and using library technology * Shelve materials according to procedure * Process library materials for inclusion * Open and/or close the library according to procedure * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Must be a matriculated or current Erikson student * Some work experience involving attention to detail and/or customer service * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated attention to detail and service-oriented disposition * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite About Erikson Institute We are the premier early childhood development organization committed to ensuring that all children have equitable opportunities to realize their potential.
