The Coordinator must also be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to provide education to adult learners. The Clinical Resource Coordinator must be able to interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her population-specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in the unit s policies and procedures.
