    ERM is hiring a Utility Agent for land-related project support in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you'll assist with project coordination, property boundary verification, surveying, and supporting acquisition representatives across utility and infrastructure projects, spanning both field and office environments. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) limited-term role with a duration of 12 months, extendable. RESPONSIBILITIES Support project management by coordinating acquisition representatives and ensuring property rights tasks are completed on time and within budget. Identify, locate, and flag property boundaries, pins, and monuments between private land and road rights-of-way. Document and communicate parcel and boundary findings to internal stakeholders, including acquisition coordinators, forestry and ROW agents, survey teams, and engineers. Coordinate and schedule professional survey work as needed. Step in to perform the duties of an Acquisition Representative as required. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in field surveying and research: property deeds, legal descriptions, plats, and boundary analysis. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong general computer skills. Skilled in interpreting technical coordinates: legal description bearings, latitude/longitude, State Plane, UTM, and performing coordinate conversions. Strong organizational capabilities, detail orientation, and clear reporting. Adaptability to support acquisition processes and fieldwork as necessary. Valid Driver's License required.
