    The Global Digital Upskilling Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing ERM's global digital learning strategy with a primary focus on AI learning and adoption across ERM. This role will partner closely with the global and regional learning community, business leaders, and the broader HR function to define and execute a digital upskilling strategy, focused initially on AI. This role reports into the Global Head of Learning and accountable to the AI Governance Committee. Drive Strategic Oversight of AI Capability Development * Lead the design and implementation of a digital upskilling strategy with an initial focus on AI upskilling and adoption, aligned with ERM's business priorities and digital transformation goals. * Identify critical digital and AI-related skills and capabilities required across all career levels-from early career professionals to senior leaders. * Develop and deliver integrated, agile learning solutions (e.g. structured programmes, self-paced learning and communities of practice) to build AI fluency and application across the enterprise from selling work to delivering work. * Create and maintain AI learning pathways and role-based skill maps to support career progression and workforce readiness. * Ensure alignment with ERM's Leadership Development Framework, embedding AI literacy and digital leadership into leadership pathways. Design and Deliver Future-Focused Leadership Development with an AI Lens * Oversee all related digital and AI L&D initiatives from conceptualization through to delivery and adoption, overseeing adoption-related initiatives across cross-functional teams including ERM's AI Champions community, Technical Communities, Regional activation teams (i.e. Partners sponsors and Digital Champions), and reporting back to the AI Governance Committee. * Co-create programmes that empower leaders to navigate AI disruption, lead with data, and foster innovation. * Promote inclusive, ethical, and responsible AI leadership principles through learning programs. * Drive adoption of AI tools and practices that enhance leadership effectiveness and decision-making. Partner with Business Stakeholders to Accelerate Technology and AI Adoption * Collaborate with business leaders to understand emerging AI use cases and workforce implications across ERM service lines globally. * Translate business needs into targeted learning interventions that build digital and AI confidence and capability. * Act as a strategic advisor on digital and AI learning, supporting talent development, retention, and employee engagement. * Elevate the visibility and impact of the Global Learning function through thought leadership and measurable outcomes. Shape Learning & Development Best Practices * Contribute to the evolution of the Global Learning team's strategy, governance, and operating model. * Champion innovation in learning design, leveraging digital and AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance learner experience. * Build internal capability in AI learning design and change enablement. * Promote well-being, inclusion, and equity in all learning initiatives. * Mentor and develop Global Learning team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation. The Construction Safety Specialist will have broad knowledge of Safety compliance programs and, where required, Safety specialty areas. This is a part-time (20 hours per week), fixed-term position for a duration of 2 months, extendable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Champion a strong safety culture across the site and maximize personnel involvement in safety-related activities. * Act as the Owner's representative while interacting with contractors. * Provide daily observations of on-site safety practices * Provide timely, high-quality Safety technical support. * Carry out regular workplace inspections to monitor compliance with site rules, procedures, etc. * Coordinate the completion of job safety analyses, risk assessments and pre-task plans * Prepare and submit local, State, and internal reports as needed. * Review and track investigations of injuries, illnesses, environmental releases, non-injury accidents and near-misses to ensure that they are effective, and that they identify and resolve root causes. Lead investigations into serious adverse events. Monitor and analyze Safety performance and initiate action to support or correct trends. REQUIREMENTS: * A bachelor's degree in safety, occupational health, engineering, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum 5 years' experience with H&S in the construction industry, preferably with commercial/office building construction or large projects. CHST certification is a plus. * Proficient with the management of high-risk activities, including electrical safety, excavation, confined spaces, fall protection, material handling, and rigging * Experience in communicating and problem-solving as a team with subcontractors is required. * A background and knowledge working with specific trades such as electricians, ironworkers, pipefitters, etc. is a plus. * Understanding of the complexities of multi-employer worksites. * Experienced trainer on construction safety topics and comfortable working with a wide variety of trades. * Demonstrated experience conducting construction site safety audits and inspections. * Experience conducting incident investigations and can follow reporting processes. * Excellent written and verbal communicator who understands the importance of timely communications and reporting. This position is structured for someone that can demonstrate milestone report writing in Michigan Part 201 and Part 213 regulatory programs. This safety-sensitive position reports to a project manager and will support project teams on a variety of project assignments including data management, site remediation activities, technical and safety oversight of subcontractors, permitting, sample collection, work plan development and report writing. Experience with supporting remedial operation and maintenance (O&M) work scopes, data tracking and manual development a plus. Additional tasks could include preparing work and health and safety plans; conducting soil and groundwater investigations and sampling; remediation system operation and maintenance; data entry, management, and analyses; and preparation of reports in a variety of formats. This is a full-time position with 50% of regional travel anticipated. This may require working alone in remote locations and/or out-of-state work supporting other company offices. Typical travel includes staying over at site locations for several nights per week, a couple of weeks per month. Antea Group does support emerging client needs and request travel on an emergency basis. The locations may change based on client contracts and remediation site needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Training * BS in Environmental Sciences / Soil Science / Geology / Environmental Engineering or related science major. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Early career 2- 5 years of applicable environmental experience. * This position will require a 40-hour HAZWOPER OSHA certification. While current certification is desirable, it is not required to apply. HAZWOPER training will be provided upon employment if the successful candidate(s) is/are not already certified. What Your Impact Is * Serve as a trusted technical leader on high-profile air quality projects. * Guide clients through complex compliance landscapes, ensuring regulatory success. * Deliver advanced dispersion modeling that informs critical environmental decisions. * Mentor junior team members and foster technical excellence. * Build strong client relationships that drive growth and innovation. What You'll Bring Required: * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Atmospheric Sciences/Meteorology, or related field (Master's preferred). * 3-4+ years of consulting experience in air quality or atmospheric science (5-7 years preferred). * Expertise in Clean Air Act regulations (Title V, MACT, PSD) and air dispersion modeling requirements. * Proficiency with regulatory air quality models (AERMOD, VISCREEN, CALPUFF). * Exceptional communication skills for client and agency interactions. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed. * This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Preferred: * Advanced degree (MS) in a related discipline. * Programming and GIS skills. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and modeling software. Key Responsibilities * Lead air quality dispersion modeling projects using EPA-approved models to assess health and environmental impacts. * Develop accurate analyses for Title V, PSD, and New Source Review compliance. * Manage emission inventories and calculations for diverse industrial clients. * Serve as a technical liaison with state and federal regulators during permit reviews. * Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to clients and agencies. * Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining ERM's quality standards. * Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business growth through technical leadership. For the Senior Consultant, Air Quality Dispersion Modeler position, the anticipated annual base pay is $76,000 - $85,4898 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible). Minimum 5 years' experience with H&S in the construction industry, preferably with commercial/office building construction or large projects. CHST certification is a plus. Proficient with the management of high-risk activities, including electrical safety, excavation, confined spaces, fall protection, material handling, and rigging Experience in communicating and problem-solving as a team with subcontractors is required. A background and knowledge working with specific trades such as electricians, ironworkers, pipefitters, etc. is a plus. Understanding of the complexities of multi-employer worksites. Experienced trainer on construction safety topics and comfortable working with a wide variety of trades. Demonstrated experience conducting construction site safety audits and inspections. Experience conducting incident investigations and can follow reporting processes. Excellent written and verbal communicator who understands the importance of timely communications and reporting.
