This Partner-level role is for an experienced leader who is highly driven, client-facing, and can merge consulting excellence, commercial strategy, and market leadership. Reporting to ERM's Global Power Industry Leader, this role is accountable for shaping and executing growth strategy for a subset of ERM's Power clients. For the Consulting Associate, Engineering position, the anticipated annual base pay is $67,925-$77,317 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
