REQUIREMENTS: B.S. / M.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred, with a focus on power systems, electrical components, and generation, transmission, and distribution applications. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineering license a plus. Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in electrical design. Experience with Microsoft Project resourcing and scheduling, familiarity with power system simulation, and modeling software e.g., PSS, PSCAD, etc.) Experience with PVcase, PV Syst, or Helioscope. Advanced knowledge of the local regulatory climate, with proven negotiation skills with state and local regulators.
