Great Patient care staff
HORRIBLE pay, HR and administration.. They knowingly pay their therapist (the WHOLE reason patients go to the hospital) less than the cost of living--meanwhile admins get paid more and make commission. They don't care about their patient care employees

attempts to be empathetic but changes nothing
take care of your nurses/pcts/therapists.. you are always in crisis because you underpay you patient care workers and overwork them when there isn't proper staff.
they're desperate because of the high turn around.. so they'll hire almost anyone that qualifies.
