**Job Summary and Responsibilities** Provides on-going evaluation, treatment, planning and direct or consultative therapist services to patients including assessment and patient teaching under the scope of practice as an Occupational Therapist. Patients include, but not limited to pediatrics, adolescent, adults, and geriatrics.
