I love the competitive pay. I make above the average for my position in the same industry/field.

The hours are very long and there are a lot of busy seasons where I work 70-80 hours a week with no compensation.

Pros of working at Ernst & Young

I love the experience in the industry. You will gain more accounting/auditing experience here than any other company in the world. It looks wonderful on the resume.

Cons of working at Ernst & Young

The hierarchy system makes it very hard to advance. I worked here for almost 10 years and still only a Senior Tax Consultant. Also I work on average over 50 hours a week with no overtime pay.
