Family Office Advisory Services is unique in that you will be tasked with supporting the legacy of the family by protecting, improving and growing the family's financial, social and human capital. You will review family office current governance, operations and technology systems, decisions and processes through interviews of key personnel, external advisors and family members. To qualify for this role, you must have

**The opportunity**
The role involves the identification and articulation of key value points related to deal closing mechanics to assist clients in their negotiations of M&A pricing and associated transaction documents. You will interact with deal teams and clients across all stages of the deal continuum including planning, negotiation, signing, closing, and post-closing. The role will enable you to:
+ Develop a specialized skill set in a high value-add area for corporate and private equity clients.
+ Gain experience on a wide range of transactions (on both the buy-side and the sell-side) in different sectors and markets.
+ Improve analytical and negotiation techniques.

Working closely with clients, their bankers and legal advisers, transaction diligence teams and other SPA Advisory team members to manage and deliver advice around the deal price adjustment mechanisms on M&A transactions, including (i) analysis of cash, debt and working capital adjustments; (ii) preparation of pricing schedules; (iii) reviewing and commenting on the financial aspects of the SPA; (iv) assisting the client with their preparation or review of closing accounts; and (v) performing leakage reviews (on locked box transactions). Your key responsibilities will include:
+ Supervising senior associates and associates, with the opportunity to lead and work directly with Partners, Managing Directors, and Senior Directors to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations to the client.

Position responsibilities:
Fulfill intake of enterprise AI and collaboration requests
Decide the proper routing and planning for requests, in close collaboration with Technology, Practice Innovation and Practice Engagement teams, to ensure custom or bespoke solutions are handled appropriately
Identify and develop strategic adoption campaigns to improve collaboration and enterprise AI tool usage based on product roadmaps and industry trends

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
Support National Markets & Sales Team (NMST) in drafting contracts and negotiations.

Support National Events and other operational areas with vendor contracts and related materials.
Become well-versed in related technology to support contract creation including Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
Serve as key contact point and source of guidance for contract advice and management:
Maintain a current in-depth knowledge with respect to contract law.
Draft and/or review client contracts (e.g., Master Services Agreements, Project Orders/Statements of Work, and Engagement Letters) and vendor contracts (e.g., event contracts, technology licenses, leases, etc.), and identify and recommend solutions for any issues that carry potential exposure to the Firm.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**

· 5-8+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.

· Strong experience and understanding of data product lifecycle - ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
