**The Opportunity**

**Your Role**
As a Manager, you will manage and deliver client engagements, often interacting at an executive level. You will also engage in sales and practice development activities, increasing value and efficiency. You'll mentor and coach team members, fostering an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and related Field ServiceManagement (FSM) work and asset management consulting services to EAM clients.

**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
+ Minimum of five years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience.
+ Minimum of four years of experience delivering Maximo/MAS and/or FSM consulting services to EAM clients.
+ Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics.
+ Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed.
+ Willingness to travel up to 60+%; valid driver's license and US passport required.
**Ideally, you will also have**
+ Utility experience is a major plus.
+ Experience with Schedule, Dispatch, and Mobile processes and related technologies.
+ Experience with asset management lifecycle processes, including compatible unit estimating and as-built.
+ Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Experience with SAP EAM, Infor EAM, and/or Oracle products.
+ EAM Configuration tools experience is desired.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Work You'll Do
As a Manager, you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment designing, implementing, and operating finance and accounting Operate services to our clients. Deloitte brings world-class operational know-how, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions experience to our clients; specializing in but not limited to: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report and Financial Planning and Analysis.
Illustrative activities include:
* Work directly with clients during the sales cycle to understand their Operate requirements, including processes organization, and technology landscape.
* Support proposal effort, staffing plans and pricing models. Design and architect solutions, transition plans, and ongoing operations policies and procedures.
* Manage engagement quality, risk, timelines, and resources during transition and ongoing operations.
* Identify and implement operational process improvements that drive increased efficiency using leading practices in Agentic ,GenAI and RPA.
* Manage select client relationships /stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the engagement.
* Contribute to initiatives which drive growth of the practice which include developing eminence, thought ware, and point-of-view materials.
* Perform role of mentor and coach to help others achieve their career objectives.
Qualifications
Required:
* 10+ years of BPO experience in Finance and Accounting in an environment
* 3+ years of experience as the Delivery Lead of a F&A BPO service operation. Scope of delivered services should include operations across multiple Finance functions.
* 2+ years of experience managing a team
* Business development experience including sales and RFP response development
* Bachelor's Degree
* Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:

Work you'll do
As a Healthcare Solutions Manager specializing in Epic ODBA (Clarity/Caboodle/Cogito) on the AI & Engineering - Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and operating the Epic ODB tier to support analytics and reporting platforms with a focus on performance, reliability, and security. You will:
* Implement, configure, and operate Epic Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito environments in alignment with Epic guidance and client standards.
* Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and hotfix deployments for Clarity/Caboodle/Cogito; develop and maintain runbooks and SOPs.
* Monitor and tune database and ETL performance, including query optimization, indexing strategies, statistics maintenance, and job scheduling.
* Administer and secure database platforms supporting Epic ODB (e.g., Oracle for Clarity, SQL Server for Caboodle/Cogito); manage backups, restores, and DR to meet RTO/RPO objectives.
* Automate administration tasks using scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) and configuration management to increase reliability and repeatability.
* Collaborate with Epic analysts, data engineers, BI/reporting teams, infrastructure, and security to manage environments, plan cutovers, and resolve incidents.
* Support cloud adoption for analytics workloads (e.g., AWS for Oracle/SQL Server on EC2, RDS, FSx, Systems Manager) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux operations where applicable.
* Implement security hardening, access controls, and auditing aligned to HIPAA and organizational policies.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members; document designs and operational procedures; stay current on Epic platform changes and ODBA best practices.
Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
* Epic ODBA certification for Clarity and/or Caboodle/Cogito
* 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and operating Epic ODB tiers (Clarity/Caboodle/Cogito) in production environments
* 3+ years of experience administering enterprise database platforms used by Epic ODB (Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server), including backup/restore and patching
* 2+ years of experience with performance tuning for Epic ODB workloads (e.g., indexing, statistics, query optimization, job scheduling)
* 2+ years of experience automating administration using scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
* Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

**The Opportunity**
As an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) professional, you'll focus on enhancing and digitally enabling our clients' work and asset management capabilities. You'll collaborate with high-performing teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring better working assets.
**Your Role**
As a Manager, you will manage and deliver client engagements, often interacting at an executive level. You will also engage in sales and practice development activities, increasing value and efficiency. You'll mentor and coach team members, fostering an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and related Field ServiceManagement (FSM) work and asset management consulting services to EAM clients.
+ Mentor, coach, and counsel client team members, fostering an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.
+ Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements.
+ Perform functional tasks, including requirements development, configuration, maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.
+ Understand the applications' functionality, intended processes, uses, and features that business partners can leverage.
+ Work with users and development staff on issues related to the implementation of maintenance, purchasing, servicemanagement, and inventory management.
+ Have experience with relational databases, reporting, and other technologies.
+ Understand software development and applications development life cycles, along with formal project management techniques.
+ Interact with users to obtain and share information needed for successful system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
+ Enhance our brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients.
+ Provide strategic and relevant insight, connectedness, and responsiveness to all clients to anticipate their needs.
+ Strengthen our collective EAM and FSM knowledge, helping resolve our clients' EAM and FSM challenges.
+ Develop external eminence in the EAM and FSM space.
+ Promote knowledge sharing and strengthen collective EAM and FSM expertise.

**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
+ Minimum of five years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience.
+ Minimum of four years of experience delivering Maximo/MAS and/or FSM consulting services to EAM clients.
+ Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics.
+ Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed.
+ Willingness to travel up to 60+%; valid driver's license and US passport required.
**Ideally, you will also have**
+ Utility experience is a major plus.
+ Experience with Schedule, Dispatch, and Mobile processes and related technologies.
+ Experience with asset management lifecycle processes, including compatible unit estimating and as-built.
+ Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Experience with SAP EAM, Infor EAM, and/or Oracle products.
+ EAM Configuration tools experience is desired.

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
