Join our Enterprise Support Services team and you'll be an integral part of our business enablement function that keeps our organization running strong. You'll use your interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to interface with employees at all levels. As an administrative manager, you'll work across teams to provide the supervision, knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY growth and profitability.
**The opportunity**
You'll implement administrative strategic plans as well as maintain performance measurements for a customer base of 650-1,500 people. You'll also monitor financial and operational performance in accordance with established administrative services parameters. We'll look to you to effectively lead and develop individuals and teams by using people management processes and tools that involve staffing, training, supervising, coaching and performance management to achieve optimal performance. You'll be part of a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team sharing best practices.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Manages, counsels and negotiates assignments for approximately 30 executive assistants based on client need and resources
+ Solicits ongoing feedback from customers to evaluate and coach executive assistants on their performance
+ Sets up full project plans including; objectives, milestones, priorities, team, calendar and nature of deliverables
+ Demonstrates proactive business development by initiating discussions with existing internal customers on possible additional work and satisfaction with current support
+ Coordinates and assists with budget planning and is responsible for operating within approved budget
+ Meets or exceeds the needs of our internal customers by partnering with other groups within the matrix organization, cultivating those relationships, aligning people and processes, and identifying workplace efficiencies to add value
+ Creates a teaming and knowledge transfer culture
+ Participates on national projects
+ Collaborates across virtual teams to promote seamless service to customers

**Your key responsibilities**
A Senior Services Manager in FSO EDGE Private will be responsible for delivering and managing tax compliance and consulting work for clients. This will include managing various responsibilities, from technical planning and advising of clients that include private entities (including C-Corp, S-Corp and Partnerships) as well as high-profile individuals/families. Specific responsibilities include:
+ Deliver and manage compliance and consulting delivery services to meet deadlines for client deliverables
+ Ability to lead projects and work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
+ Manage communications with client tax liaisons, client trust administration teams and client trust officers to gather required information, to share information to support informed decision-making, and obtain instruction or authorization necessary for timely, accurate production of tax information statements, tax returns and related reporting
+ Support effective long-term relationships and manage workflow effectively with our clients
+ Manage engagement deliverables and team resources to achieve timely and accurate delivery of tax compliance services while effectively managing engagement economics
+ Advise and provide direction on complex tax matters, set expectations, coordinate daily work activities, and assign tasks to staff and seniors.
+ Review and evaluate the work of staff members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
+ Provide effective leadership, formal and informal feedback, and coaching to team members

Job Description:
Crowe is seeking an organized and driven Manager to join our growing internal tax team. This position will be part of the Crowe Partner Tax Services Team and work directly for the Partner Tax Services Assistant Director.
This position can be worked from any location - fully remote work is allowed. This internal position can offer you flexibility in how and where you work, along with meaningful relationships with clients (Partners), teammates, and leadership who truly care about you and your development.
Responsibilities:
Technical review of complex individual tax returns; limited preparation if needed
Assist the Partner Tax Services Assistant Director with training, onboarding, and process improvements
Develop and guide Partner Tax Services Sr Associate team members
Assist in the maintenance of the workflow of the partner tax return process
Communication with other preparers and reviewers, determining best practices
Direct communication with Partners (clients)
Monitoring of a group email box for general questions related to partner tax compliance
Any other tax-related items as determined by management (ie, tax liability and cash flow projections)
Minimum Qualifications:
CPA or EA required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
Minimum of 5 (five) years of work experience in individual taxation and planning for high-net-worth individuals required
Strong knowledge of partnership tax treatment as it pertains to individual taxes
Multi-state tax compliance experience for individuals, including understanding of composite, withholding, and pass-through entity tax
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong working knowledge of CCH Axcess tax preparation software
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
Works well both independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude

Work you will do
As a ServiceNow Manager, you'll guide both functional and technical teams through solution implementation and go-live, sharing best practices and helping shape project design. You'll be involved in steering ServiceNow implementations, making sure solution designs for strategic technologies are on track throughout development. You'll also build strong partnerships with development teams to help ensure quality across every aspect of solution delivery.
In your day-to-day work, you'll play a hands-on role in designing solutions, reviewing business processes, and supporting ongoing improvements. You'll collaborate with process teams to provide design feedback that keeps solutions consistent, stable, and easy to support. Plus, you'll stay connected to the organization's plans, use the latest vendor tools, and make sure everything lines up with the product roadmap.

Qualifications:
Required:
* 8+ years of technology implementation
* 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
* 4+ years team lead experience
* Proposal/RFP/Sales experience
* Experience with ServiceNow applications and modules
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
* Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:
* ServiceNow certification in one or more areas
* Experience with XML, and SQL
* An advanced degree in the area of specialization
* Module experience: CSM, Creator Workflow, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, Source2Pay (S2P)
* Experience with GBS on NOW, NOW Assist, Creator Workflow

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our International Tax practice.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with internal client service teams to assist multinational enterprises with preparing and reviewing US-International income tax computations arising from a company's global operations and transactions
* Assist with the review and preparation of various tax forms and disclosures related to such operations
* Advise multinational enterprises on tax planning opportunities
* Work on process improvement projects with internal teams in a largely virtual environment
Qualifications:
* Minimum five years of recent experience working on engagements involving US-international tax and international income tax compliance inclusive of extensive experience with various third-party tax reporting software programs such as OneSource International and CorpTax International
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Masters in taxation, JD, and/or LLM (with a concentration in tax) preferred; licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that list
* Knowledge of a broad range of international and domestic tax law provisions
