Busy season is not healthy and expectations are high. The company is very disorganized and does a poor job onboarding new employees. The hierarchy system makes it very hard to advance. I worked here for almost 10 years and still only a Senior Tax Consultant. Also I work on average over 50 hours a week with no overtime pay.
