Why This Role MattersIn this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Product and Regulatory teams to ensure conformance and timely completion of all product deliverables, submissions, and releases. You will work closely with the Director of Product Management, the Director of Product Quality, and cross-functional partners across Product and Quality to support and maintain Design History Files (DHFs) for Radformation's software products. Your work directly supports our mission to deliver safe, effective, and compliant solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of cancer treatment. Responsibilities Include: • Liaise between Product and Regulatory teams for all product DHF deliverables. • Drive timelines for product deliverables, ensuring timely release and/or submission. • Create and maintain project-specific technical file deliverable lists aligned with internal SOPs. • Confirm appropriate templates are used for each deliverable and coordinate updates with the team. • Partner with project leaders, RA, and Quality to ensure deliverable owners understand expectations, receive guidance, and escalate risks as needed. • Track deliverables using company eQMS and ALM systems. • Present product-related deliverables during inspections and internal/external audits. • Support Jira-ALM integration and assist with deliverable management. • Consult with Product and Regulatory teams on content and interpret regulatory intent and expectations. • Implement regulatory feedback into the Product DHF and update tools or practices as requirements evolve. • Support substantial equivalence evaluations and conformity assessments when needed. Required Experience: • 5+ years of Quality Systems experience and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) experience. • 3+ years in a regulatory project management or technical role. • Experience working in a regulated agile development environment. • Familiarity with global medical device regulations: QSR/QMSR, MDD/CMDR/MDR. • Experience with eQMS and ALM systems, including enacting QMS requirements including Matrix. • Demonstrated understanding of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, GDPR, HIPAA, and other international regulations/directives/standards. Preferred Experience: • Direct product development experience. • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or similar credential. For ASML, compliance with laws and regulations is essential. The Legal & Compliance department manages the legal compliance programs including the export control compliance program. The export control compliance program is managed by the Export Control & Sanctions team. The execution of the operational classification and compliance screening processes is performed by ASML's Trade Data Management team. The Trade Data Management team is responsible for providing accurate and consistent product classifications used in our transactions to ensure compliance with Customs and Export Control regulations. We maintain trade preference statuses to benefit from Free Trade Agreements and screen our business partners for compliance with sanctioned party lists. We also screen all transactions globally for compliance with export licenses. Role and responsibilities As an Export Control specialist your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our transactions comply with export control regulations. Part of this responsibility involves the correct determination of product classifications. These classifications are determined based on functionality and key characteristics of the products, software and technology. You Have: * B.S. in chemistry, microbiology, biology, quality management, engineering, or related discipline * 2+ years experience in the area of quality assurance/control, process/quality engineering, and/or product formulation * A Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain one within the first six months of employment (we cover costs and will help you obtain your trainee hours). * Experience within a 503b outsourcing facility or experience in cGMP or regulated environment with knowledge of FDA 21CFR 210 and 211, a plus * Aseptic processing experience and knowledge of ISO 14644 * Working knowledge of USP-NF standards , , including monographs * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong time management and organizational skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and technical writing * Solid understanding of product testing including understanding best practices for testing product against defined specifications * Ability to multi-task and work independently. Job Summary The Biology Specialist will be responsible for field, greenhouse, and/or laboratory testing of new or experimental products with an emphasis on insecticides, biological control agents, and integrated pest management (IPM) solutions. Although this position reports directly to the Controls Product Development Manager, day-to-day guidance and direction will also come from senior-level biologists and entomology subject-matter experts. Core responsibilities include preparation and application of treatments (with a focus on insecticide formulations), insect colony/infestation management, maintenance of experimental areas, detailed observation and quantification of insect responses, and statistical analysis of data. A working knowledge of experimental design, insect biology, and pest management is beneficial. However, scientific curiosity, strong communication skills, initiative, and independence remain essential for success. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in R&D, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain to support the development of innovative insect-management solutions. Job Responsibilities: * Prepare laboratory, greenhouse, and field trial areas for insecticide efficacy experiments with moderate supervision from senior biologists. * Prepare and test developmental and commercial insecticide formulations and related technologies. * Maintain and handle insect colonies, infest test plants, and monitor pest pressure as needed for controlled studies. * Record detailed biological and insect-response data during preparations, tests, and ongoing experiments. * Create designs of experiments, execute trials, and collect entomological and horticultural data. * Prepare and apply pesticide treatments using proper techniques and safety protocols. * Provide recommendations for improving experimental protocols, insect-rearing practices, trial setup, and workflow efficiency. * Follow all research and development standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Use specialized tools and technologies such as imaging platforms, image analysis software, insect-counting methods, and drone imaging where applicable. * Use specialized data analysis software and perform statistically sound analysis of biological and entomological results. * Support greenhouse, field, and lab trials with added responsibility for maintaining consistent pest populations for research use. * Detect issues and diagnoses insect, plant health, and environmental problems relevant to experimental integrity. * Engage with project teams to develop new ideas, plan project execution, report entomology trial results, and inform product design attributes. * Ship chemicals, manage waste and chemical inventory, maintain insect colony materials, and support environmental health and safety (EHS) programs. This person must also excel in: * Use of ARM for data input and analysis * Use of field equipment such as gators, tractors, tillers, etc * Demonstrated comfort and aptitude for working with insects and engaging in direct contact with them. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as preparing soil, mulching, planting, water management, weeding, harvesting * Ability to effectively communicate project objectives and trial details to upper management * Innovative thinking, willingness to bring ideas and provide consumer perspective to projects & product development * Passionate problem solver, willingness to speak up and suggest process improvements, create opportunities leading to new products, publications and intellectual property (e.g. patentable innovations) Ideal Candidates will have: A.
