Day-to-Day Responsibilities also include: External Client Collaborations: The primary responsibility of this role is to offer HR subject matter expertise to Escalon's HR Operations client base. General: Assist clients with all its HR needs while they focus on growing their business. Responsibilities can range from full-cycle HR to project based. HRBP Strategy: Accountable for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the client's overall business strategy; develop, and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures that enhances the client's company growth.
