JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision of the Principal or Head Custodian, keeps assigned rooms, areas of buildings, or office spaces clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly; performs other work as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and Application of:
Methods of cleaning and preserving floors, walls, and fixtures; cleaning materials, disinfectants and equipment used in custodial work; common hand tools and machines.
Ability to:
* Quickly learn the schedules, procedures, and equipment used in custodial
and grounds work
* Use common electrical cleaning equipment

External Client Collaborations: The primary responsibility of this role is to offer HR subject matter expertise to Escalon's HR Operations client base.
General: Assist clients with all its HR needs while they focus on growing their business. Responsibilities can range from full-cycle HR to project based.
HRBP Strategy: Accountable for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the client's overall business strategy; develop, and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures that enhances the client's company growth.
HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure clients have a strong HR infrastructure and ensure compliance. Provide recommendations and assist in creation of company policies to ensure consistency, compliance and efficiency (creating and writing employee handbooks, travel & entertainment policies…etc.), FSLA classifications and audit, support required employee training.
Mergers & Acquisitions: Ensure clients are due diligence ready by providing best practices when services are started.
HRIS Systems: Lead and/or partner with our People Support team to implement and administer all major PeopleOps related software systems including but not limited to HRIS, payroll, 401(k), benefits administration and performance evaluation.
Benefits: Research, recommend, implement and perform benefits administration and management, including enrollments, terminations, claims resolution and invoice auditing. Assist in putting together a strategic benefits package (plan evaluations and selection, open enrollment planning, 401(k), LOA, COBRA, etc.). In addition, Escalon has its own benefits brokerage and the Benefits team can work in partnership with the HRBP on this effort.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Recommend new hire orientation and termination processes and partner with the PeopleOps HR Support team to ensure completion.
Payroll: Partner with Payroll team and oversee the implementation and/or process payroll processing for multiple clients in a timely manner and assist employees with questions.
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding payroll-related inquiries, concerns and requests
Collaborate with cross functional teams including payroll processing, HR and finance to ensure accurate and on time payroll delivery
Leave of Absence: Partner with clients to draft parental leave policies and customize and deliver each employee LOA packet, support employee questions, and ensure leave is compliant based on local, state, and federal laws.
Employee Relations: Recommend, implement, and support clients with feedback process, and support employee relations questions, demands, grievances, or other issues.
Performance Management: Assess needs and provide recommendation to design, customize, and implement performance management selection and processes, ensuring all employees receive timely and actionable feedback for applicable clients.
Culture & Employee Relations: Assess, recommend, and develop programs designed to enhance employee morale and productivity, and recognize employees for their contributions to the company's success. What You'll Bring: Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in payroll processing, client relationship management.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance and best practices
Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office suite, Jira, ADP, Gusto, Paychex, and Quickbooks
Must have 3+ years of human resources/people operations experience within a client facing, consulting capacity.
Must have 3+ years with payroll/tax set up experience
Brings 5+ years preferably as an HR business partner or HR manager.
Must have knowledge of startup HR best practices, while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scientist to join our Protein Sciences team and contribute to both day-to-day operations and the advancement of Protein Science workflows. This position will focus on the design, optimization, and execution of transient transfection processes at various scales for antibody and protein production in mammalian expression systems. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in biophysical characterization and biochemical modification to evaluate key protein attributes. This position will report to the Associate Director of Protein Sciences and work closely with scientists in the Antibody Discovery, Antibody Engineering, Protein Sciences, and Project Management teams. The ideal candidate will drive innovation through process refinement, high-throughput automation, and growing proficiency of chemical conjugation techniques. Support production of complex construct design strategies (e.g VLPs, nanodiscs etc.), to enable immunization antibody discovery campaigns against challenging targets
Drive implementation of automated high throughput processes to support protein production workflows using Bravo, and other robotic systems
Maintain meticulous experimental records using electronic notebook (Benchling), and communicate results clearly through written reports and presentations to support project progression and scientific decision-making
Contribute innovative ideas and collaborate effectively across teams to foster research excellence and ensure project success in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Protein Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience or MS with minimum of 6 years of direct industry experience is required
Proven hands-on experience with multiple mammalian expression platforms is required
Proficiency with AKTA instrumentation, and a broad range of purification techniques, including affinity chromatography, ion exchange, HIC, and SEC, as well as standard protein QC methodologies is required
Experience with therapeutic antibody developability assessment is highly desirable
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Motivated self-starter with excellent organization, teamwork, and a passion for scientific innovation

Looking for a compassionate MedTech to fill pm evening role with varied days.
Scheduled hours:
2pm - 10:30pm OR 10pm - 6:30am
Scheduled Days Vary, applicants must be available each day of the week
Rate of Pay:
$18 - $18.50
Job Duties Include:
Maintain security and accountability for medications during shift.
Inventory controlled substances and provide accurate reconciliation of the inventory. Count controlled substances with another staff member each time responsibility of medication administration changes.
Review of medication administration record for errors at the completion of each medication pass.
Assurance that care and services related to medication administration are provided in a safe and secure manner and follow state licensure rules.
Weekly verification that residents who are approved to administer their own medication are doing so and, where applicable, are completing the medication administration record sheet.
Assistance with the review of medication books for errors.
Complete medication error forms and obtaining the appropriate staff signatures before forwarding to supervisor. This includes notification of the physician
Responsibility for medication reorders, including PRN medication.
Weekly review of medication sheets and verification of residents' capability to administer their own medications.
Basic Knowledge of caregiving practices (training provided) Perform activities on schedule while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality within specified tolerance
Medical Administration Experience Required.
