Do you possess the gravitas and expertise to advise established business leaders on their most critical strategic challenges?
We are seeking a Strategic AI Advisor & Market Lead to drive our expansion in the San Diego market. This is not an entry-level sales position; it is a senior-level advisory role where your deep experience will be leveraged to establish market authority, cultivate high-value partnerships, and architect the adoption of world-class AI solutions. You will operate with significant autonomy, serving as the principal strategic connector between the local business ecosystem and our elite technical delivery team.
This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished professional to transition their mastery in B2B, consulting, or complex sales into the most lucrative and rapidly evolving sector of the global economy, with a compensation structure designed for significant wealth creation.
The Role: Strategic Impact and Autonomy
This is a high-level advisory and strategic sales role built on your existing professional network and expertise. You will be compensated for your ability to initiate and lead complex, consultative conversations. Your daily focus will be on engaging with C-suite executives and business owners in the San Diego area, performing deep-dive analyses of their operational challenges, and positioning AI as a transformative strategic asset. Success is measured by your ability to identify, qualify, and close significant, long-term projects.
You are a trusted advisor, a strategic consultant, and a market architect all in one. You will not be micromanaged; you will be empowered to define and execute the market strategy for your territory, backed by a world-class team.
A Day in the Life: Focused on High-Value Contribution

Afternoon: You lead a consultative discovery session with a major local enterprise, translating complex business needs into a clear, actionable AI strategy. You leverage our proprietary knowledge base to ensure your recommendations are cutting-edge and defensible.
Evening: You host a private, executive-level roundtable on "AI for Operational Excellence," positioning yourself as a thought leader and cultivating a pipeline of strategic opportunities.
What We're Looking For: Proven Expertise and Leadership
We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of success in a field requiring high-stakes communication, strategic thinking, and complex deal negotiation. You may have a background in management consulting, B2B enterprise sales, financial services, or a similar domain where trust and expertise are paramount.
You are driven by the pursuit of mastery and significant contribution. You have a profound intellectual curiosity about AI and a desire to be a first-mover in shaping its commercial application. You are ready to apply your accumulated wisdom to a new, high-growth challenge.
Compensation and Resources for Elite Performance
We provide a structure that rewards high performance and provides a runway for strategic execution:
Strategic On-Ramp: A $2,000/month guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months, followed by a $2,000/month draw against commission for months 4-6. This provides a stable foundation as you establish your strategic pipeline.
Uncapped Earning Potential: After the on-ramp, you transition to a straight commission model designed for top-tier earners, featuring 50% commission on upfront projects (average $10k, so $5k commission) and 25% recurring commission on monthly retainers. Your earning potential is directly tied to your strategic impact.
Elite Support System: Access to our full library of advanced AI and Business strategy modules, a dedicated technical liaison, and a full suite of professional tools (Otter.ai, Zoom, Manus, proprietary knowledge base).
Executive Branding: Full support for establishing your personal brand as a market leader, including a professional website, dedicated email, and high-quality marketing assets.
