Responsibilities:
Build expertise in the ResWare platform to effectively support daily escrow and title workflows.
Verify and authenticate wire instructions with financial institutions to ensure accuracy and mitigate fraud risks.
Initiate, review, and process outgoing wire transfers and incoming check deposits across multiple banking systems.
Perform quality-control reviews on outgoing payments to ensure precision and regulatory compliance.
Oversee the full lifecycle of paper checks, including issuing, voiding, and managing stop-payment requests.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in escrow, title, or real estate administration is required.
Excellent organizational abilities with a strong capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with a customer-centric approach.
Demonstrated attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy.
Familiarity with escrow or title software (ResWare preferred) is a plus.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining professionalism.

Job Responsibilities
Utilize Pitney Bowes and Bell and Howell high-speed insertion equipment daily to process statements and letters.

Accurately reconcile input and output using basic math.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Ability to lift 40-70lbs and deliver 200lb supplies utilizing industrial pull/push carts
Must be able to work overtime as needed, along with Holidays and Weekends
Must be able to stand/walk for an 8 to 10 hours shift
Must be able to meet and maintain Quality and Productivity standards
Must be able to adapt to a change in the work environment, included, but not limited to: daily directives from leadership, changes to standard operation procedures, and new technology
Must be team-oriented, with solid interpersonal skills, able to maintain daily positive internal and external interactions, building upon team-driven success
Able to prioritize assigned work daily based on client Service Level Agreement, willing to participate and maintain departmental work area maintenance
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in mail distribution or transaction processing
Familiarity with industrial equipment and technology integration
Previous experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Demonstrated ability to support multiple lines of business
