"I've heard all this before."
We get it. Every sales job promises flexibility, big money, and work-life balance. Then you start and realize it's all smoke.
Let us address what you're probably thinking:
"The earning potential is probably inflated."
Our current Directors average $100K-$150K. Top performers exceed $129K. We give you a $36K base (W-2, guaranteed) plus 9.40% commission on PIM and 5.29% on NPIM. Uncapped. The math is transparent.
"Remote means I'll be working 24/7."
Nope. You work a rotating schedule (evenings/weekends, 3-week rotation). You'll know your exact days off three weeks in advance. Yes, you need to be available during shift hours-but downtime between calls is genuinely yours.
"The leads are probably garbage."
These are pre-set appointments and live-transfer calls during our highest-intent hours. People who've already expressed interest. Evening and weekend prospects convert at our highest rates.
"I've never heard of The Investor's Edge."
We're 20 years old. We've been on Inc. 5000 twice. We've won Top Workplace awards. We're not flashy, we're legitimate.
"This sounds too good to be true."
We need someone who can close high-ticket programs over the phone during evenings and weekends. If you've got 2+ years proven B2C phone sales experience with $3K+ programs, CRM proficiency, and the discipline to work remotely-this is real.
Hours:
Your Schedule (MST):
Mon-Thu: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Fri: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sat-Sun: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
You'll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
You'll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.
You'll typically have 25-35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.
When not on a call, your time is flexible - you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
