And the school is growing to serve more students. MHS is seeking a full-time 2nd shift Maintenance Technician I (MT-I) to join the mechanical trades team. The primary duty of the MT-I is to perform assigned preventive maintenance and minor repair work within the following areas: HVAC/R, plumbing, residential & commercial appliance repair, and minor electrical. This position requires abilities in all mechanical trade disciplines at a basic level. All work is to be performed in accordance with all state, local and federal codes, and regulations and the candidate is required to demonstrate a basic level of knowledge and skill through practical hands-on and written testing. Work assignments will be based on the overall needs of the school. The skills of the MT-I will be evaluated through supervisor reviews, work inspections and maintenance records. Lessons during the week runs from 9:00 am-12:00 pm Monday through Thursday: June 30-July 3 July 7-10 July 14-17 July 21-24 Adult lessons are from July 28-31 from 10:30 am-11:30am.
