What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in living fulfilling, meaningful lives. You will help promote independence, safety, well-being, and personal growth while serving as a strong advocate for each client.
Essential Responsibilities
Follow and implement daily routines as outlined in each client's Individual Program Plan (IPP)
Assist with the development and achievement of IPP/ISP goals
Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy living environment
Support social, recreational, and community activities
Assist with personal care (grooming, toileting, dressing, hygiene)
Prepare meals and assist with clean-up
Transport clients using company vans as needed
Report incidents and communicate with administrators
Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of personal or professional caregiving experience
Preferred: experience with developmental disabilities or mental health needs
DSP Certificate Year 1 & Year 2 + CPI

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide EPIC software training and support to our staff at all of our growing list of clinic locations in Northern California. Primary project manager for our EPIC software implementation.

Assist in creating our library of EPIC "How To's" and videos for new staff to get trained in EPIC in the shortest time possible
Assist other team members with inquiries in EPIC regarding coding, documentation, denials and billing
Follow all written policies, procedures, and protocols of the clinic, hospitals, surgery centers, etc.
Adhere to all policies regarding safety, confidentiality and HIPPA guidelines
Work fluidly in our EPIC EHR system and other systems to ensure info is accurate and complete

Cross-train and help coworkers as needed

Ensuring the National Fire Protection Association standards and Recommended Practices for life safety, property conservation, and continuity of operation are appropriately implemented.
Guaranteeing Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Risk Management techniques are applied in plant activities to maintain an acceptable level of fire safety.
Ensuring Fire Prevention Practices are applied in plant activities to limit fires related to ignition sources and/or transient combustibles within established limits.
Assuring controls are in place to manage fire impact on all structures, systems and components in a manner demonstrating adequate configuration control.

Job Description
Looking for licensed Life and Health Insurance Agents to work as Health Plan Advisors during the enrollment season
You will be speaking with existing Anthem members and working on retention as opposed to direct sales
You will be taking inbound calls and answering member questions in regards to any inquiries about their current plan, if they want to make a change, or if they are looking to switch
Qualifications
Must have clear and active LIFE and Health Insurance license in the state they reside
We are okay with considering someone who might not have a current active license as long as you have it active by the time they start in October
HS diploma or GED
Must be computer proficient and able to type and navigate through various screens and software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Customer service oriented

Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Pay Range: $45-$50/hr, Weekly Pay About the Role We're looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality speech and language services. In this role, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide clinical support, assist with treatment activities, and help ensure each client receives exceptional care.

What You'll Do
+ Support the SLP in implementing treatment plans
+ Assist with clinical and educational activities
+ Document services accurately and in a timely manner

Minimum RequirementsEducation & Credentials
+ Associate's degree from an accredited SLPA program or bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
+ Current state SLPA certification or licensure
+ Current health certificate (as required by state or contract)
Experience
+ Minimum 100 hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience
+ One year of SLPA experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Additional Requirements
+ Completion of TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as applicable)
+ Adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations
+ Must be 18 years of age or older
