Qualifications
What You Need:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs calibration service to all ENA and ESPEC Corp manufactured equipment while adhering to ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Management System and maintaining accuracy of customer data.
Conducts on-site training for customers on the operation, start-up, and maintenance of newly installed equipment.
Repairs and adjusts refrigeration systems, electrical, and control systems.
Configures and calibrates controllers and recorders, demonstrating knowledge in their operation and application.
Evacuates refrigeration systems as needed.
Charges/recharges refrigeration systems and fills out refrigerant usage tickets.
Reads and interprets refrigeration and electrical prints/drawings.
Coordinates and supervises on-site activities when contractors are used to help on large installations.
Records and approves contractor hours on large installations.
Completes expense reports for all expenditures.
Submits detailed service reports after each job, including travel/labor hours, work performed, job status, and customer signature.
Implements engineering-approved system changes.
Returns parts from the field.
