Team work environment
No upward mobility. They hired alot from the outside instead of promoting within. Felt stuck in the same dept.

All medical benefits are paid for by the company, and include full family enrollment with the exception of vision which is extra for family members..
The location of the company, and the surrounding environment.
The salary could be more competitive.
