Job Title: Carpenter Responsibilities: Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects. Fabricate and cut wood components for construction tasks. Follow wood framing procedures and techniques to build structural elements. Install window and door frames with precision. Assess, repair, and maintain wood structures as needed. Perform trim and finishing procedures with attention to detail. Work independently on multi-day tasks from start to finish. Supervise, guide, and train apprentices and laborers on assigned tasks.
