Position Summary: We are currently looking for an Inventory Coordinator/Material Handler. This role includes selecting, counting, weighing, and delivering materials, as well as checking and recording parts. Essential Duties: Supervise the company's inventory control activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw materials, components and finished products. Ensure the receipt and storage of products, materials, equipment, parts, accessories, and supplies. Monitor inspection of incoming items against orders for accuracy, completeness, and free of defects as determined by quality department. Arrange for the return and replacement of defective items. Manage periodic and special inventories, accounts for inventory variances. Perform cycle counts in the stockroom, warehouse, and production area Assist with improvements in policies and procedures to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs. Coordinate the transfer of products, materials, equipment, parts, accessories, and/or supplies between/among shipping, stockroom and work centers.     MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Personnel Security Specialist II to join our team in El Segundo, CA. The Personnel Security Specialist's primary function is to handle personnel security functions in support of the customer's facility and organization. The position will provide “day-today” PERSEC services for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build and Maintain tracking spreadsheets/databases for customer PERSEC activities. Provide support for the security awareness and education programs. Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Government Security Representative. Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to achieve appropriate clearance actions. Conduct Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Joint Personnel Access System (JPAS), and SAPNP reviews of candidates being submitted for SAP access. Perform data entry and record checks in the Joint Access Database (JADE) and maintain all customer sponsored personnel access information. Receive and/or transmit classified visit requests as necessary to meet customer needs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 6 + years of related experience. 4 + years of relevant SCI experience. Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate ICDs/JAFANs/DOD Manuals and other guiding policy documents. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of SAP-related experience. Clearance Requirements: Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility. Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information. Willingness to submit to a polygraph. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

This role includes programming, editing, and performing complex set ups and operate various metal working equipment to produce precision machined components to print as instructed by lead or supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Expertly use most hand, manual, and automatic machinery, fixturing and precision measuring equipment to complete departmental assignments. Maintain knowledge of additional pieces of equipment Program machine, fixturing, material, and paperwork preparation such as sharpening, locating, verifying, programming, editing, etc. Set up and proof CNC machines for runs to achieve a first piece quality product Set-up Times and Run Times; monitor for accuracy and feedback necessary changes to programmer/lead/supervisor. Monitor condition of job specific tooling or holding fixtures, make authorized changes. Setup machines for Machine Operator I, II, and/or III. Keep waste low, minimize scrap, use labor efficiently, and account for all parts on jobs. Improve on product through-put via additional operations such as multiple machine operation, deburring, cleaning, etc. whenever possible. Keep machinery and work area in a clean, safe, maintained, and organized. Assist in other areas in order to meet the production needs of Essex and its customers. Comply with all PPE and machine guarding as necessary with each job. Requirements This opportunity is for the 1st shift with 3-5 years of shop experience and completion of a 2-year trade school program, or equivalent demonstrated proficiency. The pay for this position starts at a minimum of $27.34/hr. when the minimum job requirements are met and goes up based upon a candidate's experience and qualifications in a similar role. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance.
