The position is responsible for increasing local awareness and engagement via Stores, eventing, social and press PR placements. The artist will inspire local artists and consumers via branded artistry content, masterclasses and special event activities. They will drive conversion via social, virtual and in-person activities. **Artistry Leadership** + Demonstrate highest level of artistry skills to inspire consumers and artists + Build brand love by acting as spokesperson for the BOBBI BROWN brand and showing loyalty and passion for the brand + Model "approachable artistry": Creating personalized experiences where they show and teach consumers simple, easy to recreate techniques with products that meet consumers needs + Leverage working relationships to build team, drive business, increase brand awareness and create brand loyalty + Provide relevant tips and tricks for NPL and hero product usage **Branded content creation** + Create locally relevant content on a regular basis in alignment with Global, Regional and local priorities and brand pillars. + On brand and personal channels create How To content, LIVE content, and content that commercializes trend + Host LIVE programming as needed (Social, Commercial, Retailer events) + In partnership with local team, create brand product content, How To content and educational videos for digital, social and education channels + Create authentic connections with follower community. **Inspire MUA locally** + Mentor, coach and develop MUA artistry skills. + Collaborate with Education to develop and facilitate Artistry Trainings for BOBBI BROWN artists, Intersell Associates & Freelancers + Assist in developing and facilitating master classes for internal and external make-up artists + Assist in identifying and developing a strong team of BOBBI BROWN artists for career pathing. **Provide Retail Support through involvement with Retail Events and Sales Activities** + Collaborate with local team in executing retail on counter events & masterclasses to inspire consumers and enhance retail sales. + Leverage track record to convert and drive loyalty via: + 1 to 1 Activations + 1 to Many + Social Selling + In Store Selling **Facilitate Brand Awareness** + Foster new relationships between BOBBI BROWN and the professional artist community in partnership with local team + Collaborate with key industry professionals to develop makeup looks for PR events and collaborations. + Act as key makeup artist and/or key brand liaison as requested. + Build connections and relationships and leverage on social to drive brand desirability. **Accountabilities:** + Manage T&E budget effectively + Ensure timely submission and accuracy of schedule and expense reports. + Provide and share regular recaps/reports on local activities to Education, Marketing and Sales. + Ensure timely attendance when driving activations in-store or at events. **Qualifications** + West Coast based, ideally in LA/OC area + Five or more years in the field of Makeup Artistry with strong artistry skills + Demonstrates understanding of brand image and philosophy when creating any look + Extensive brand product knowledge + Effective communication skills with both internal and external parties + Engaging both on camera and in-person with press and clients + Proven track record to convert and drive loyalty + Strong internal/ external customer service. + Strong ability for mentoring/ nurturing via positive and constructive feedback **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$73,150.00** **to** **$109,200.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. You'll be responsible for integrating with the Social production/post-production team on bringing AI imagery to life in Sephora's social content and maintaining high visual standards across all assets. As this role is embedded in the Social Content & Production team, the work will be high-volume and fast-paced. This role will lead the Social team's transition to a more AI-centric post-production model.
