Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Production Designer, Mechanical Artist, or similar role, preferably within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of the technical specifications for both digital (web optimization, file compression, responsive design principles) and print (pre-press, color separation, proofing, trapping, die-lines).
