A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC ESTIMATOR In this estimation position, you are critical to our company's success. You are a strategic thinker who analyzes blueprints to estimate each installation project's needs and costs. Before every job, you interpret plans and CAD drawings to create HVAC load calculations and designs as well as determine necessary materials. You then estimate the material and labor costs for completing the job and share this information with the appropriate parties. As needed, you communicate with other estimators, managers, and sales reps to create accurate project estimations.
