We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in the Heavy Civil Construction sector. We are one of the largest self performing heavy civil general contractors in the state! The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for large-scale construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered for optimal cost efficiency and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates for heavy civil construction projects including earthwork, concrete, asphalt, and underground utilities.
Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for labor, materials, and equipment.
Develop bid proposals and submit to clients in a timely manner.
Manage and oversee the estimation process from initial inquiry to final bid submission.
