Coordinate with 3rd party quantity take-off consultants when so utilized. Prepare pricing for all self-preformed work and adjust standard productivity in accordance with job requirements. Prepare estimate summary sheets, subcontractor/vendor comparisons, and bid sheets. Communicate with designers on contract document items not clearly shown on the bid documents. Document using RFI's (Request for Information). Qualifications 5-10 years of job experience in commercial construction highly preferred. Experience in Waterproofing Estimating. BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Thorough understanding of industry practices and standards. Strong foundation in database management (ex.
